Dental Lab Technician needed to work in Precious Smile Dental Factory in Riyadh, KSA. Full Time position, several opportunities are open in an established and well respected progressive laboratory " Philippines candidates only ".
The PSPF Riyadh City,KSA is seeking experienced:
Cad Cam designer.
Cosmetic Ceramist.
Set ups Dentures, wax and finish.
Experienced Waxer.
C&B wax crowns and frames.
General Duties:
1. Interpret lab prescriptions and apply to fabrication of dental appliances.
2. Operate and perform minor maintenance on all department equipment.
3. Adhere to lab infection control procedures.
4. Document work completed (routing slips, maintenance logs etc.).
5. Manage personal supplies.
6. Perform routine cleaning of workspace and tools.
7. Assist peers, as appropriate.
8. Perform miscellaneous duties, as assigned by management.
Duties May Include, But Are Not Limited To:
1. Produce models –Articulate cases (using simple, fixed-hinge articulators, semi-adjustable articulators and facebows). Produce refractory models for all-ceramic crowns and veneers.
2. Produce models – pour and trim Removable impressions, duplicate models and articulate on removable hinged articulators.
3. Fabricate – custom trays and bite rims following lab standards.
4. Flippers – set teeth, bend clasps, process and finish simple Flippers and Treatment Partials.
5. Cross train – in overlapping departmental jobs such as processing Galvano copings, processing and finishing Orthodontic appliances.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree in a dental laboratory with 2 years' experiences.
• Diploma degree in a dental laboratory with 3 years' experiences.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Experience fabricating removable appliances.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to use small hand tools.
• Manual dexterity.
• Excellent vision.
• Accuracy and attention to minute detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work as team & friendly with others.
