As part of the company development plans I would like to announce the success of adding a new supplier aboard called Intrauma s.r.l at the specialty that complement our offering portfolio in orthopedics business in Surgical Division. The company is Italian base with a great internal unique fixation system complementing our external fixation system from Orthofix s.r.l.

Started the implementation of the new 24/7 Customer Service Center. Part of Arabian Healthcare commitments for continuance development to our valued business partners, it is our pleasure to announce launching our customer call center service effective October, 1st 2012. The call center will provide service supports for all equipment and devices in the following terms:•Receive any service complain about product failure or issue.
•Receive customer calls for spar part request or availability.

The ribbon-cutting opening ceremony of Arabian Health Care Supply Companys new Head Office was held in the afternoon of November 26, 2012. Over 50 people have participated in the ceremony including the Vice Presidents, President, and CEO of Olayan Group. The CEO and all other guests really appreciated the modern, international, and functional design of the new office.

Mr. Khalid Al Ghamdi, the General Manager of AHCSC, made an exciting welcome speech and later introduced the senior employee to honorable guests and awarded all other OFC departments and sister companies who helped AHCSC during this building renovation project. Finally, the opening ceremony was concluded with a small site show and a tour at the AHCSC office.
