Sunday 12-1pm *(only female) beginner friendly (HSC dance studio)*
Sunday 6:00pm- *Beginners yoga*
Monday 6am- *Radiant warrior (slow, meditative practice to brighten your day!)*
Monday 6pm- *Power flow yoga (A vinyasa practice)*
Tuesday 12-1pm *(only female) Hatha yoga (HSC dance studio)*
Tuesday 6pm- *Hatha flow*
Wednesday 6am- *Gentle flow*
Wednesday 6:00pm-*Restorative Yin and Yang ☯️ yoga*
Thursday 6am- *power flow (Vinyasa based practice)*
Thursday 12-1pm * Gentle Vinyasa yoga (HSC dance studio)*
Saturday 10:30am-*Power flow (A Vinyasa practice)*
