release the expectation of anyone seeing, validating, and understanding you. because when you meet god, source, the divine in that place of stillness, and you are seen? the bar is set too high. who else can compare?

stop searching for happiness outside of yourself. otherwise you will live your life placing unfair expectations on the world, for the sake of your own peace and happiness.

go within and see yourself. I promise you, everything you need is there.
