Some people may also be born with a narrow spinal canal, which can increase their risk of developing spinal stenosis later in life.

▪️The test system is a small 𝒄𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒆 containing a membrane impregnated with antigen antibody colloidal gold dye conjugate.

▪️The test serum is dropped into the first window.
▪️ As the serum travels upstream by capillary action, a colored band appears at the second

▪️This is the positive reaction.
▪️Absence of a colored band at the test site indicates a negative reaction.
Simultaneously, a colored band should appear in every case at the third window, which forms an inbuilt control.
▪️In the absence of this band (Control line) the test would be invalid.
