الهدف من الوظيفة:
أخصائي المختبر في فرع زمزم سيكون مسؤولًا عن إجراء الفحوصات الطبية الدقيقة في مختبر إيبوهيلث كير، بالإضافة إلى التأكد من الالتزام بالمعايير الطبية والفنية المتعلقة بجودة العمل في المختبر. الهدف هو توفير نتائج طبية دقيقة وسريعة تساهم في تحسين جودة الرعاية الصحية المقدمة للمجتمعات المتضررة في معسكر زمزم، ضمن إطار العمل الذي يركز على الوصول إلى الرعاية الصحية المستدامة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إجراء الفحوصات الطبية المخبرية مثل الفحوصات الدموية والميكروبيولوجية والفحوصات الكيميائية بناءً على البروتوكولات المعتمدة.
- ضمان دقة وسلامة العينات المختبرية وضمان حفظها وفقًا للمعايير الصحية.
- متابعة عمل الأجهزة والمعدات المخبرية، وضمان صيانتها الدورية وفقًا لتعليمات المصنع.
- التعاون مع الفريق الطبي لتقديم نتائج دقيقة وفورية تساعد في التشخيص السليم للمرضى.
- إدارة وتوثيق سجلات المرضى المخبرية بطريقة دقيقة وسليمة، وفقًا للأنظمة المعتمدة.
- تحليل البيانات المخبرية وتفسير النتائج لإبلاغ الأطباء والحفاظ على التواصل المستمر معهم.
- مراقبة جودة العمل في المختبر والتأكد من الامتثال لجميع معايير الجودة والسلامة.
- تنفيذ الإجراءات الصحية والوقائية في المختبر بما يتوافق مع اللوائح المحلية والدولية.
- تدريب وتوجيه المساعدين الفنيين والموظفين الجدد في المختبر.
- الالتزام بمعايير الأمن والسلامة في التعامل مع المواد البيولوجية والكيميائية.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- الشهادة: درجة بكاليريوس في علوم المختبرات الطبية
- الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في مجال العمل المخبرى.
- المهارات الفنية:
- إلمام كامل بالأجهزة والمعدات المخبرية المختلفة.
- مهارات تحليل النتائج المخبرية وتفسيرها بدقة.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط في بيئات ذات احتياجات صحية طارئة.
- المهارات الشخصية:
- مهارات التواصل الجيد مع الفريق الطبي والمرضى.
- قدرة عالية على التعامل مع الحالات الطبية المتنوعة.
- اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالجودة.
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارية قوية.
- اللغة:إجادة اللغة العربية، ويفضل إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.

- الالتزام بأوقات العمل المتاحة في المركز والتي قد تتطلب ساعات عمل مرنة في بعض الأحيان.
- العمل وفقًا للسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة من قبل وزارة الصحة ومركز إيبوهيلث كير.

Job Objective:
The Laboratory Specialist at the Zamzam Branch will be responsible for conducting precise medical tests at the Ibohealth Care Laboratory and ensuring compliance with medical and technical standards related to laboratory quality. The goal is to deliver accurate and timely medical results to improve healthcare services for affected communities in the Zamzam camp, within a framework focused on achieving sustainable healthcare access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform medical laboratory tests, including hematological, microbiological, and chemical analyses, following approved protocols.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and proper storage of laboratory samples in compliance with health standards.
- Monitor laboratory equipment functionality and schedule routine maintenance as per manufacturer guidelines.
- Collaborate with the medical team to provide accurate and prompt results for effective patient diagnosis.
- Manage and document patient laboratory records accurately and securely, adhering to approved protocols.
- Analyze laboratory data, interpret results, and communicate findings to physicians while maintaining continuous communication.
- Oversee laboratory quality control and ensure compliance with all quality and safety standards.
- Implement health and preventive measures in the laboratory in line with local and international regulations.
- Train and mentor technical assistants and new laboratory staff.
- Adhere to safety protocols when handling biological and chemical materials.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in laboratory work.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in operating various laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Strong analytical skills for accurate interpretation of lab results.
- Ability to work under pressure in emergency healthcare environments.
- Soft Skills:
- Effective communication with medical teams and patients.
- Capability to handle diverse medical cases.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong organizational and managerial skills.
- Language: Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is preferred.
