🔹 What will SWG do?
The primary task is to co-develop a comprehensive, user-friendly guide for designing assessment tools and surveys, this will serve as a long-term reference for medical students and researchers alike.

🔹 Team Structure?
It consist of;
☑️ Project Coordinator
☑️ Vice Coordinator
☑️ SWG general members
☑️ Graphic assistant
☑️ Workshop Coordinators
☑️ Validation Studies's Research Team Members

🔹 The Project Roadmap (5 Stages):
1- Selection: Recruitment of the working group members.
2- Skill Building: Specialized workshops in data design methodologies.
3- Development: Drafting the Toolkit Guide
4- Implementation: Forming 2–3 research groups from within the team.
5- Publication: Launching the guide and publishing research manuscripts and abstracts.

We are seeking staff and students from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Khartoum who:

🔹ما الذي ستقوم به مجموعة العمل؟
تتمثل المهمة الأساسية في التطوير المشترك لدليل شامل وسهل الاستخدام لتصميم أدوات الاستبيانات ليكون مرجعًا طويل الأمد لطلاب الطب والباحثين.

🔹ممَّا تتكون المجموعة؟
☑️ منسق المشروع
☑️ نائب منسق المشروع
☑️ الأعضاء
☑️ مُصمِّم
☑️ منسقو الورشات
☑️ أعضاء الفريق البحثي

🔹سيمُر المشروع من خلال 5 مراحل:
1- مرحلة اختيار أعضاء مجموعة العمل.
2- مرحلة بناء المهارات الخاصة بكيفية تصميم البيانات.
3- تجهيز الدليل الخاص بمجموعة أدوات تصميم البيانات.
4- عمل عدد 2-3 مجموعات بحثية تضمن الأعضاء.
5- نشر دليل الأدوات وعمل مخطوطات ومُلخِّصات تتبع للفرق البحثية.

نبحث عن منسوبي كلية الطب جامعة الخرطوم الذين؛
✔️ لديهم الاهتمام القوي بمجال التعليم الطبي والبحث العلمي.
