Q&A:
1_i have panic attacks? You may experience this normally as you got insomnia or not. I guess that you don't have chronic pain but just signals from your brain to fix something or to twist things. Try thinking about what thing or things you do that your brain doesn't want you to do it
2_ i just sleep unil 3am? I don't think you are talking about naps but if this the case let me tell you this. EEG is an established way of measuring sleep itself. It said that people wake up three to four times per hour as this the case you can know now that when your brain initiate sleep easily . it also did it after that many times . This can assure you that you are not broken
3_ i have CPRS? Check another doctor with knowledge in this. I can give you my insight but its not strictly echoed. Are you faithful person because god can test you sometimes. I think that you are experiencing pain like jesus. Try prayers and see more doctors. I hope you can pass the road

Q&A:
This questions are from sleep disorders and supporters
1-I sleep four to six hours, broken sleep? Hyperarousal, you may experience light sleep too because of strong sleep drive.
2- what is the role of circadian rhymes in sleep struggle? Nothing but you must organise your day as to sleep at the night, open sleep window is healthy that you need to adjust your daily routine to it.
3- my boss wants to take my licence and I sleep at work? Either you have slept poorly at the night or your appetite to sleep is above normal meaning you sleep easily without efforts, to apply the brake can force you to stay awake but you will learn sleep efforts which can affect your sleep at night, try thinking of something or focusing on certain series of thoughts when sleepiness hits, this can make you miss the the wave of sleepiness

General illustration
Sleep efforts can triggers fight or flight response as it float in the deep thoughting dieminsion. it can make you hyperaroused. Unlearn them

05/06/2024

How to initiate sleep?
You need to abandon sleep efforts firstly, secondly, you need a good sleep drive, thirdly, you must be not hyperaroused , fourthly and most importantly, deep thoughting dieminsion project some dieminsion on light thoughting , for example people naps because they capture the wave of projection at the right time, during night with good sleep drive, deep thoughting interacted with light thoughting as without sleep efforts and hyperarousal you can access deep thoughting( dreams) dieminsion once you capture the wave at the right time which is not strictly echoed

Q&A:
These questions from sleep disorders and supporters group
1_ I have parasomnia? Heard online, I heard about this before but do you really walk in sleep or you are just awake but cant remember how? When we are sleep we enter deep thoughting dimension which enable us to dream but there is a mechanism inherited in our brain as alarm which goes off whenever there is danger or abnormal activities. I think you dont walk in your sleep but you are awke but cant distinguish between sleep and wakefulness. You can talk in your sleep but in arbitary way meaning your brain cant function to the full extent when you are sleep because of that there is light thoughting dimension to allow us to function probably.
2_ I want to listen to my body in order to sleep? Sleep is a passive process you cant control ig. To listen to your body you need to do thoughts work as to find your way in this world. Focus a little on your drams and thoughts that you have during the day. Deep thoughting can project some dimensions on light thoughting. Also you can remember your dreams or not . Its alright

Q&A:
1 What causes my insomnia? You have developed a relationship with your sleep, it can be pain, poor sleep, perceptions, baby, and anything that creates the thought that you must sleep more which can trigger anxiety , manifestation of fear.
2- my heart behaving strangely? It is signals from your brain as fear manifests. Fight or flight response as your brain wants you to fight the wakefulness, it's normal to have this
3- do you go toilets every hour? I have overactive bladder issues that makes me p*e every 20-30 minutes, as for you it's normal to go to tolietes every hour because your fluids intake may be high but when you sleep your brain switch attention from bladder to other issues but you may dream of that you are p*eing and thus do it on the bed, it's normal

03/06/2024

Q&A:
1- I lay in bed with my eyes closed but can't sleep? You can't, your brain can, there is nothing broken with you. Try letting your thoughts float as your eyes are open but close them when you feel a wave of sleepiness hits you. This can make you unlearn sleep efforts as I see that if you don't afraid of wakefulness and there is no fear of fear then either it's your desire to sleep or sleep efforts. I guess it's sleep efforts because you mentioned something about closing your eyes. Watch coach alina video I posted here and see my pervious posts about sleep efforts
2- I took supplements and I slept from 9p.m till 4p.m? I see that you did it alone, your waking up at 4p.m isn't hazardous as to clarify you. There were no sleep efforts and sleep happens. You can start your day immediately or say prayers or just lie on bed until sun rise.
