شبكة أطباء السودان: مقتل 6 أشخاص بينهم طفل وإصابة 12 آخرين جراء القصف المدفعي المتعمد للحركة الشعبية على مدينة الدلنج

في جريمة جديدة تُضاف إلى سجلّ الانتهاكات البشعة بحق المدنيين، تعرّضت مدينة الدلنج بولاية جنوب كردفان اليوم لقصفٍ مدفعي مكثّف نفذته قوات الحركة الشعبية – جناح الحلو المتحالفة مع الدعم السريع، مستهدفةً الأحياء السكنية بشكلٍ متعمد والمرافق الطبية بالمدينة. أسفر القصف عن مقتل (6) مواطنين بينهم طفل، وإصابة (12) آخرين بجروحٍ متفاوتة الخطورة.

إننا في شبكة أطباء السودان نُدين بأشد العبارات هذا القصف المتعمد والذي يُعد جريمة حرب مكتملة الأركان واستهدافًا متعمّدًا للأبرياء والمرافق الطبية التي تقدم خدماتها للمواطنيين.

تُحمّل الشبكة الحركة الشعبية والدعم السريع كامل المسؤولية عن هذه الجريمة النكراء وما ترتب عليها من خسائر في الأرواح والممتلكات، وندعو المنظمات الأممية والحقوقية إلى التحرك الفوري والعاجل لتوثيق هذه الانتهاكات، وتقديم الدعم الطبي والإغاثي للجرحى والمتضررين الذين يعيشون أوضاعًا مأساوية جراء الحصار الذي يضرب المدينة لأكثر من عامين.

Sudan Doctors Network: Six people, including a child, killed and 12 others injured in deliberate artillery shelling by the SPLM on the city of Dilling

In a new crime added to the record of horrific violations against civilians, the city of Dilling in South Kordofan State came under intense artillery bombardment today, carried out by forces of the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement – Al-Hilu faction, which is allied with the Rapid Support Forces (RSF). The shelling deliberately targeted residential neighborhoods and medical facilities in the city.

The attack resulted in the death of six civilians, including a child, and the injury of twelve others with varying degrees of severity.

We, at the Sudan Doctors Network, condemn in the strongest terms this deliberate bombardment, which constitutes a complete war crime and a deliberate targeting of innocent civilians and medical facilities providing essential services to citizens.

The Network holds the SPLM-Al-Hilu faction and the RSF fully responsible for this heinous crime and the resulting loss of life and property. We call on international humanitarian and human rights organizations to take immediate action to document these violations and to provide medical and relief assistance to the wounded and affected people, who continue to live in dire humanitarian conditions due to the siege imposed on the city for more than two years.

شبكة أطباء السودان: استمرار تدفق النازحين من الفاشر إلى الشمالية في ظل أوضاع إنسانية مأساوية

تشهد الولاية الشمالية تدفّق أعداد متزايدة من النازحين القادمين من مدينة الفاشر بولاية شمال دارفور، في ظل أوضاع إنسانية مأساوية تتطلب تدخلاً عاجلاً من الجهات المعنية. فقد وصل الآلاف خلال الأيام الماضية إلى محليات الدبة ودنقلا ومناطق أخرى، فيما تواصل أعداد النازحين في الارتفاع بصورة تفوق قدرة المجتمعات المحلية على الاستيعاب.

تؤكد الشبكة أن حجم المعاناة يفوق الإمكانيات المحلية المتاحة رغم الجهود المشهودة التي يبذلها المواطنون في استقبال وإيواء الأسر النازحة وتوفير ما تيسر من الغذاء والمأوى والدواء. النازحون يعيشون في ظروف صعبة تفتقر لأبسط مقومات الحياة، مع نقص حاد في المياه النظيفة والغذاء والاحتياجات الصحية، في وقتٍ يزداد فيه الوضع سوءاً مع دخول فصل الشتاء.

تثمن الشبكة الدور الإنساني الكبير الذي يقوم به المجتمع المحلي رغم ضيق ذات اليد، وتدعو المنظمات الأممية والدولية والإغاثية كافة إلى التحرك الفوري والعاجل لتقديم الدعم اللازم وتنسيق الجهود لتخفيف معاناة النازحين، وضمان حصولهم على المساعدات الأساسية التي تحفظ كرامتهم وتؤمن حياتهم.

Sudan Doctors Network: Continued Influx of Displaced People from El Fasher to Northern State Amid Dire Humanitarian Conditions

The Northern State is witnessing a growing influx of displaced people arriving from the city of El Fasher in North Darfur, amid dire humanitarian conditions that require urgent intervention from relevant authorities. Thousands have arrived over the past few days in the localities of Al-Dabba, Dongola, and other areas, while the number of displaced people continues to rise beyond the capacity of local communities to absorb them.

The network affirms that the scale of suffering exceeds the available local resources, despite the commendable efforts made by citizens to receive and shelter displaced families and provide what little food, shelter, and medicine they can. The displaced are living in harsh conditions lacking the most basic necessities of life, with a severe shortage of clean water, food, and health supplies — a situation that is worsening as the winter season begins.

The network commends the significant humanitarian role played by the local community despite limited means, and calls on all UN, international, and humanitarian organizations to act urgently and immediately to provide the necessary support, coordinate efforts to alleviate the suffering of the displaced, and ensure they receive the essential assistance needed to preserve their dignity and safeguard their lives.

شبكة أطباء السودان: تدهور الأوضاع الإنسانية في مخيمات النزوح غربي الفاشر

تتابع شبكة أطباء السودان بقلق بالغ الأوضاع الإنسانية المتدهورة في مخيمات طويلة، كورما، وقولو غرب مدينة الفاشر، والتي تشهد تزايداً مستمراً في أعداد النازحين القادمين من الفاشر المنكوبة، حيث تجاوز عددهم أكثر من 36 ألف نازح خلال الأيام الماضية وفقا لإحصائيات محلية.

وقد وصل عدد من المصابين من مدينة الفاشر أمس إلى معسكر قولو وهم في أوضاع حرجة جراء الإصابات البالغة، وسط انعدام شبه تام للخدمات الطبية ونقص حاد في الأدوية والمستلزمات العلاجية، كما تتفاقم معدلات سوء التغذية الحاد بين الأطفال والنساء الحوامل بصورة مقلقة.

وفي ظل التكدس الكبير داخل المعسكرات، يفترش عدد من النازحين العراء بلا مأوى أو حماية بعد عجز المنظمات عن توفير الخيام والمساكن المؤقتة، ما يعرضهم لخطر الأمراض المعدية، كما تزداد المعاناة مع الحاجة الماسة لمياه شرب نظيفة.

تؤكد الشبكة أن استمرار تدفق النازحين من الفاشر إلى معسكرات قولو وكورما وطويلة، التي تُعتبر معسكر لاستقبال الفارين من جحيم الفاشر، يزيد من الضغط على الخدمات المحدودة ويضاعف معاناة النازحين، ما يستدعي تدخل عاجل لتوسيع قدرة الاستيعاب وتوفير الاحتياجات الأساسية.

ورغم الجهود المحدودة التي تبذلها بعض المنظمات، إلا أن معظم المساعدات لا تصل إلى مستحقيها بسبب عمليات نهب متكررة للإغاثة، مما فاقم من الأزمة الإنسانية بشكل خطير.

تدعو شبكة أطباء السودان المجتمع الدولي والمنظمات الإنسانية إلى التحرك الفوري لتأمين ممرات إنسانية آمنة وضمان وصول المساعدات الغذائية والطبية ومياه الشرب النظيفة للنازحين، وتوفير المأوى اللازم لحمايتهم من المخاطر الصحية والبيئية المتزايدة.

Sudan Doctors Network: Deterioration of Humanitarian Conditions in Displacement Camps West of El Fasher

The Sudan Doctors Network is following with deep concern the worsening humanitarian situation in the camps of Tawila, Kurma, and Golo, located west of El Fasher. These camps are witnessing a continuous increase in the number of displaced people fleeing from the devastated city of El Fasher, with the number exceeding 36,000 displaced persons in recent days, according to local statistics.

A number of injured people from El Fasher arrived yesterday at Golo camp in critical condition due to severe injuries, amid an almost total absence of medical services and an acute shortage of medicines and medical supplies. Meanwhile, rates of severe malnutrition among children and pregnant women are alarmingly high.

Due to severe overcrowding in the camps, many displaced persons are sleeping in the open without shelter or protection, as humanitarian organizations have been unable to provide tents or temporary housing. This exposes them to the risk of infectious diseases, compounded by an urgent need for clean drinking water.

The Network affirms that the ongoing influx of displaced people from El Fasher to the camps of Golo, Kurma, and Tawila — which have become primary destinations for those fleeing the horrors of the city — is placing immense pressure on already limited services and worsening the suffering of the displaced. This calls for immediate intervention to expand camp capacity and provide essential needs.

Despite the limited efforts of some organizations, most aid fails to reach those in need due to repeated looting of relief supplies, further exacerbating the humanitarian crisis.

The Sudan Doctors Network urges the international community and humanitarian organizations to take immediate action to secure safe humanitarian corridors, ensure the delivery of food, medical aid, and clean water to the displaced, and provide adequate shelter to protect them from escalating health and environmental risks.

تدين شبكة أطباء السودان بأشد العبارات جريمة تصفية الطبيب آدم إبراهيم إسماعيل بمدينة الفاشر على يد الدعم السريع، في استمرارٍ ممنهج لاستهداف الكوادر الطبية والعاملين في الحقل الإنساني.

بحسب المعلومات الواردة إلى الشبكة، فقد أقدمت قوة تتبع للدعم السريع على اعتقال الطبيب بمدينة الفاشر عقب اجتياحها قبل أن تقوم بتصفيته ميدانياً، في انتهاك صارخ للقانون الدولي الإنساني ولكل القيم والأعراف التي تجرّم الاعتداء على الكوادر الطبية.

Sudan Doctors Network: The Rapid Support Forces Execute Doctor Adam Ibrahim in El-Fasher

The Sudan Doctors Network strongly condemns the heinous crime of executing Dr. Adam Ibrahim Ismail in the city of El-Fasher by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), as part of a systematic campaign targeting medical personnel and humanitarian workers.

According to information received by the Network, an RSF unit arrested the doctor in El-Fasher following their incursion into the city, before executing him in the field — a blatant violation of international humanitarian law and of all values and norms that prohibit attacks on medical workers.

The Sudan Doctors Network holds the RSF leadership fully responsible for this atrocious crime and calls on the United Nations and the World Health Organization to take immediate action to protect doctors and health workers, and to hold accountable those responsible for these repeated violations.

شبكة أطباء السودان: عشرات الجثث مكدسة داخل المنازل ببارا والدعم السريع يمنع ذوي الضحايا من الاقتراب منها

تتابع شبكة أطباء السودان بقلق ما يجري في مدينة بارا من جرائم مروّعة ترتكبها الدعم السريع بحق المدنيين العزّل، في مشهد يلخّص أبشع صور الانتهاك الإنساني والقتل الممنهج.

تفيد التقارير الميدانية الواردة إلى الشبكة بأن عشرات الجثث مكدّسة داخل المنازل بعد أن منعت الدعم السريع ذوي الضحايا من دفنهم، ليبقى الموتى محاصرين في بيوتهم، والأحياء محاطين بالرعب والجوع والعطش. كما تتزايد أعداد المفقودين يومياً، مع انقطاع كامل للاتصالات وانعدام أي وجود طبي أو إنساني فاعل في المدينة.

في ظل هذا الجحيم، تتواصل موجات النزوح الجماعي من بارا في ظروف بالغة القسوة، حيث يفرّ المدنيون سيراً على الأقدام نحو المجهول، دون غذاء أو دواء أو مأوى، بينما تنهار الخدمات الصحية تماماً وتنتشر الأمراض وسوء التغذية بين الأطفال والنساء وكبار السن.

Sudan Doctors’ Network: Dozens of bodies piled up inside homes in Bara as the Rapid Support Forces prevent families from approaching them

The Sudan Doctors’ Network is following with deep concern the horrific crimes being committed by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) against unarmed civilians in the city of Bara — a scene that epitomizes the most grotesque forms of human rights violations and systematic killings.

Field reports received by the Network indicate that dozens of bodies are piled up inside homes after the RSF prevented the victims’ families from burying them, leaving the dead trapped in their houses while the living are surrounded by fear, hunger, and thirst. The number of missing persons continues to rise daily amid a complete communications blackout and the total absence of any effective medical or humanitarian presence in the city.

Amid this hellish situation, waves of mass displacement from Bara continue under extremely harsh conditions. Civilians are fleeing on foot into the unknown, without food, medicine, or shelter, while the health services have completely collapsed and diseases and malnutrition spread among children, women, and the elderly.

What is happening in Bara constitutes a crime against humanity by every measure, and the continued international silence represents a shameful act of complicity. The Sudan Doctors’ Network calls on the United Nations, humanitarian and medical organizations, and the entire international community to take immediate and serious action to stop these violations, open safe corridors for civilians, and allow families to bury their dead with dignity.

شبكة أطباء السودان: مقتل 7 بينهم أطفال وإصابة 5 آخرين جراء استهداف مسيرة للدعم السريع مستشفى الأطفال بكرنوي

في جريمة جديدة تُضاف إلى سجل انتهاكات الدعم السريع ، قصفت مسيرة تابعة لها اليوم مستشفى الأطفال بمنطقة كرنوي بولاية شمال دارفور، قتلت 7 مواطنين بينهم نساء وأطفال، وتُصيب 5 آخرين بجروح بالغة، بينهم طفلان كانا يتلقيان العلاج داخل المستشفى لحظة القصف.

تؤكد الشبكة أن استهداف مستشفى يعالج الأطفال، ليس سوى وجه آخر لإرهابٍ ممنهج وعدوانٍ وحشي على الحياة نفسها. ما جرى في كرنوي جريمة حرب مكتملة الأركان تُظهر مدى التمادي في القتل والتي جعلت من المدنيين الأبرياء هدفًا يوميًا لنيرانها.

Sudan Doctors’ Network: Seven killed, including children, and five others injured after a Rapid Support Forces (RSF) convoy targeted Kornoi Children’s Hospital

In yet another crime added to the record of RSF violations, a convoy belonging to the force today bombed the Children’s Hospital in Kornoi, North Darfur State, killing seven civilians — among them women and children — and wounding five others, including two children who were receiving treatment inside the hospital at the time of the attack.

The Network affirms that targeting a hospital treating children is nothing short of another face of systematic terror and a brutal assault on life itself. What happened in Kornoi is a fully-fledged war crime that demonstrates the extent of the ongoing killings, which have turned innocent civilians into daily targets of the RSF’s fire.

The Sudan Doctors’ Network holds the Rapid Support Forces fully responsible for this crime and calls on the international community and human rights and medical organizations to break their shameful silence and fulfill their duty toward a people being exterminated before the eyes of the world.

لا تزال الدعم السريع تحتجز الآلاف من المدنيين داخل مدينة الفاشر، وتمنعهم من مغادرتها بعد أن صادرت جميع الوسائل العاملة في نقل النازحين. كما أعادت عدداً من الفارين إلى داخل المدينة جبرا ، من بينهم مصابون بطلقات نارية أثناء محاولتهم الهروب، وآخرون يعانون من سوء التغذية.

إن استمرار احتجاز هذا العدد الكبير من المدنيين في ظل أوضاع إنسانية بالغة التعقيد، وشُحٍّ حاد في الأدوية، ونقصٍ في الكوادر الطبية التي لا تزال الدعم السريع تحتجز بعض أفرادها، فيما لا يزال آخرون مختطفين من قبل عناصرها مما يشكّل كارثة إنسانية متفاقمة.

وعليه، فإن المطالبة الجماعية بإطلاق سراح المدنيين فوراً، وفتح مسارات آمنة لخروجهم وإتاحة الفرصة للمنظمات العاملة لدفن الجثث التي يمثل بقاءها منتشرة في أطراف المدينة كارثة بيئية، هي ضرورة عاجلة.

The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) continue to detain thousands of civilians inside the city of El Fasher, preventing them from leaving after confiscating all means of transportation used to evacuate displaced people. The RSF has also forcibly returned a number of those who tried to flee back into the city — among them are individuals wounded by gunfire while attempting to escape, as well as others suffering from malnutrition.

The continued detention of such a large number of civilians amid extremely dire humanitarian conditions — including an acute shortage of medicines and a lack of medical personnel, some of whom are still being held by the RSF while others remain abducted by its members — constitutes a worsening humanitarian catastrophe.

Therefore, there is an urgent need for a collective demand for the immediate release of the civilians, the opening of safe corridors for their evacuation, and for humanitarian organizations to be allowed to bury the bodies that remain scattered on the outskirts of the city, posing a severe environmental hazard.

أقدمت الدعم السريع مساء أمس على قصف مقر منظمة الهجرة الدولية بمدينة كادوقلي بالمسيرات، مما أدى إلى مقتل 5 أطفال فيما استهدافت صباح اليوم مخيم للنازحين بمنطقة العباسية تقلي بولاية جنوب كردفان، مما أسفر عن مقتل 7 أشخاص بينهم أطفال ونساء، وإصابة آخرين بجروح بالغة، في جريمة جديدة تضاف إلى سجل الإبادة الجماعية الذي تنفذه الدعم السريع.

تؤكد الشبكة إن استهداف المدنيين والمنظمات الإنسانية العاملة في الإغاثة دليل قاطع على أن الدعم السريع تمارس حرباً شاملة ضد الشعب السوداني، وأنها تتعمد نشر الرعب والموت في كل مكان، في ظل صمتٍ دوليٍ مخزٍ .

Sudan Doctors Network: 12 people, including children, killed and others injured as Rapid Support Forces target displaced persons’ camps in South Kordofan

Yesterday evening, the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) launched drone strikes on the headquarters of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in the city of Kadugli, killing five children. This morning, the RSF also targeted a displaced persons’ camp in the Al-Abbasiya Tagali area of South Kordofan State, resulting in the deaths of seven people, including children and women, and injuring others seriously — another crime added to the record of genocide being carried out by the RSF.

The network affirms that the targeting of civilians and humanitarian organizations working in relief is clear evidence that the RSF is waging an all-out war against the Sudanese people and is deliberately spreading terror and death everywhere, amid a shameful international silence.

The Sudan Doctors Network holds the international community, the United Nations, and the Security Council fully responsible for the continuation of these crimes and calls for the prosecution of the perpetrators.

The network demands the immediate protection of civilians and humanitarian workers, the prevention of attacks on their headquarters and displacement centers, and the opening of safe corridors for transporting the wounded and delivering humanitarian aid.

شبكة أطباء السودان: وصول 642 نازحا من الفاشر إلى منطقة الدبة بالولاية الشمالية

تتابع شبكة أطباء السودان بقلق بالغ تزايد حركة النزوح من مدينة الفاشر، حيث وصل خلال الساعات الماضية (642) نازح إلى الولاية الشمالية بعد رحلة شاقة محفوفة بالمخاطر جراء المجازر التي ترتكبها الدعم السريع بالفاشر. وتفيد فرقنا الميدانية بأن النازحين يعيشون أوضاعاً إنسانية قاسية، في ظل انعدام المأوى ونقص الغذاء والمياه الصالحة للشرب وغياب الخدمات الصحية الأساسية، خاصة بين الأطفال والنساء وكبار السن.

إن هذه الأسر الفارة من ويلات الحرب لجأت إلى الولاية الشمالية بحثاً عن الأمان، إلا أنها تواجه الآن تحديات معيشية خطيرة تفوق قدرة المجتمعات المستضيفة على الاستجابة لها، مع توقعات بأن يتضاعف عدد الوافدين بشكل كبير خلال الأيام القادمة نتيجة استمرار تدهور الأوضاع في دارفور.

The Sudan Doctors Network is following with deep concern the increasing movement of displacement from the city of El Fasher, as (642) displaced persons arrived in Northern State in recent hours after a difficult and dangerous journey fleeing the massacres being committed by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in El Fasher.

Our field teams report that the displaced are living in dire humanitarian conditions amid the lack of shelter, shortage of food and clean drinking water, and absence of basic health services—especially affecting children, women, and the elderly.

These families, escaping the horrors of war, sought safety in Northern State but are now facing severe living challenges that exceed the capacity of the host communities to cope with, with expectations that the number of arrivals will increase significantly in the coming days due to the continued deterioration of the situation in Darfur.

The Sudan Doctors Network appeals to local authorities and humanitarian and relief organizations inside and outside Sudan to act urgently to provide immediate medical and food assistance, as well as shelter and psychosocial support for the displaced, to prevent a total collapse of the humanitarian situation. A swift response at this critical moment could save thousands of lives exhausted by displacement, hunger, and fear.

شبكة أطباء السودان: الدعم السريع يتسبب في نزوح أكثر من 4500 مواطن من بارا ووصل 1900 شخصا إلى مدينة الأبيض

North Kordofan State is witnessing a rapid exodus from the Bara locality toward El Obeid city due to the deteriorating security situation and the continued violations committed by the Rapid Support Forces against civilians. Field reports from Sudan Doctors Network teams indicate that the number of displaced people has exceeded 4,500, including 1,900 who have reached El Obeid, while the rest remain en route under harsh conditions and facing severe shortages of food, water, and shelter.

According to our medical sources, the majority of displaced families arrived in a state of extreme exhaustion, and numerous cases of diarrhea and malnutrition have been recorded, particularly among children and the elderly. Health facilities in El Obeid are facing increasing pressure beyond their operational capacity due to acute shortages of medicines, medical supplies, and personnel.

The Sudan Doctors Network condemns the forced displacement of unarmed civilians by the Rapid Support Forces in Bara. It expresses deep concern over the worsening humanitarian situation and calls on humanitarian organizations and local authorities to intervene urgently to provide basic necessities for the displaced. The Network also appeals to the World Health Organization and health sector partners to support medical facilities in El Obeid. It emphasizes that the continuation of this displacement threatens to trigger a new humanitarian crisis unless immediate action is taken to address the situation.

شبكة أطباء السودان: وصول أكثر من 15 الف نازح من مدينة الفاشر إلى محلية طويلة خلال يومين

تتابع شبكة أطباء السودان بقلقٍ بالغ التطورات الإنسانية المتسارعة في شمال دارفور، حيث وصل خلال اليومين الماضيين أكثر من 15 ألف نازح إلى محلية طويلة قادمين من مدينة الفاشر عقب عمليات القتل التي حدثت جراء التطورات في العمليات العسكرية والاستهدافات الممنهجة للمدنيين من قبل الدعم السريع.

تفيد فرق الرصد الميدانية التابعة للشبكة بأنّ غالبية النازحين من النساء والأطفال وكبار السن، وقد وصلوا في أوضاعٍ صحيةٍ وإنسانيةٍ حرجةٍ بعد رحلة نزوحٍ قاسيةٍ امتدت لساعاتٍ طويلة وسط ظروفٍ بالغة الخطورة، حيث تعرّض العديد منهم للنهب والاعتداء الجسدي والقتل والإهانات على أساسٍ إثني من قبل الدعم السريع أثناء محاولتهم الفرار من مدينة الفاشر.

وتواجه طويلة أزمةً إنسانيةً متفاقمة نتيجة الزيادة المفاجئة في أعداد النازحين، إذ تعاني المرافق الصحية المحلية من نقصٍ حادٍ في الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية، إضافة إلى انعدام الغذاء الصالح للأطفال وضعف القدرة على توفير مياه الشرب الآمنة.

تحذر شبكة أطباء السودان من كارثة إنسانية وشيكة في حال عدم التدخل العاجل من قبل المنظمات الإنسانية الدولية لتوفير الدعم اللازم في مجالات الصحة والمياه والغذاء والمأوى، خاصة مع استمرار تدفق النازحين من الفاشر بوتيرةٍ متصاعدة.

وتدعو الشبكة المجتمع الدولي والأمم المتحدة إلى:
1. التحرك الفوري لفتح ممرات إنسانية آمنة بين الفاشر والمناطق المحيطة حيث لازالت الأعداد الكبيرة من النازحين عالقين وبعضهم لم يجد ما يسد به رمقه منذ ثلاثة أيام.
2. توفير الدعم الطبي والغذائي الطارئ للنازحين في طويلة والمناطق المستقبلة لهم.
3. حماية المدنيين وضمان وصول المساعدات دون عوائق أو تهديد مسلح.

Sudanese Doctors Network: Over 15,000 displaced people from El Fasher city have arrived in Tawila locality within two days

The Sudanese Doctors Network is following with grave concern the rapidly escalating humanitarian developments in North Darfur, where over 15,000 displaced people arrived in Tawila locality over the past two days, coming from El Fasher city following killings that occurred due to developments in military operations and the systematic targeting of civilians by the Rapid Support Forces.

The Network's field monitoring teams report that the majority of the displaced are women, children, and the elderly. They arrived in critical health and humanitarian conditions after a harsh displacement journey that lasted for many hours under extremely dangerous circumstances, where many of them were subjected to looting, physical assault, killing, and ethnically-based abuse by the Rapid Support Forces while trying to flee El Fasher city.

Tawila is facing an escalating humanitarian crisis due to the sudden increase in the number of displaced people, as local health facilities suffer from a severe shortage of medicines and medical supplies, in addition to a lack of suitable food for children and a weak capacity to provide safe drinking water.

The Sudanese Doctors Network warns of an imminent humanitarian catastrophe if there is no urgent intervention by international humanitarian organizations to provide the necessary support in the areas of health, water, food, and shelter, especially with the continuous and increasing influx of displaced people from El Fasher.

The Network calls on the international community and the United Nations to:

1. Act immediately to open safe humanitarian corridors between El Fasher and the surrounding areas, as large numbers of displaced people remain trapped, and some have not found anything to eat for three days.
2. Provide emergency medical and food support to the displaced in Tawila and the host areas.
3. Protect civilians and ensure the unhindered delivery of aid without obstruction or armed threat.

أقدمت قوات من الدعم السريع أمس على تصفية 38 مواطنًا أعزل ميدانيًا في أم دم حاج أحمد بشمال كردفان بدمٍ بارد، بتهمة الانتماء للجيش، في سلوك همجي يجسد سياسة القتل على الهوية التي تتبعها الدعم السريع في كل مناطق السودان.

تؤكد شبكة أطباء السودان أن ما جرى ليس حادثة معزولة، بل استمرارٌ لمخطط التطهير والإبادة الذي تنفذه الدعم السريع ضد المواطنين الأبرياء في شمال كردفان ودارفور، وسط صمتٍ دوليٍّ مخزٍ وتواطؤ من المنظمات التي تكتفي بالتعبير عن "القلق" بينما تُسفك دماء السودانيين كل يوم.

Sudan Doctors Network: Rapid Support Forces Execute 38 Unarmed Civilians in Umm Dam Haj Ahmed on Charges of Army Affiliation

Yesterday, the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) summarily executed 38 unarmed civilians in Umm Dam Haj Ahmed, North Kordofan, on charges of army affiliation. This barbaric act exemplifies the RSF’s policy of targeted killings based on identity, which is prevalent throughout Sudan.

The Sudan Doctors Network asserts that this is not an isolated incident, but rather a continuation of the ethnic cleansing and genocide campaign being waged by the RSF against innocent civilians in North Kordofan and Darfur. This is occurring amid shameful international silence and the complicity of organizations that merely express “concern” while Sudanese blood is spilled daily.

The Sudan Doctors Network condemns this heinous crime and holds the RSF and its leaders fully responsible for this massacre. It affirms that anyone who participates in or remains silent about these crimes is complicit.

The Network calls on the international community, especially the Security Council, to take immediate action to stop the killing machine and to prosecute the leaders of the Rapid Support Forces to halt the massacres taking place in every city their forces enter.
