A 55-year-old man presents with a progressively worsening headache.

It’s dull.
Generalized.
Constant.

Simple analgesics no longer help.

Over the past few weeks, his family noticed something unusual.

“He’s not himself.”

Subtle personality changes.
Irritability.
Poor judgment.
Moments of apathy.

The headache worsens when he bends forward.
When he coughs.
When he sneezes.

Nausea and occasional vomiting have developed.

In the Emergency Department:

He is awake and oriented.
Neurological examination is non-focal.

Fundoscopy reveals papilledema.

🔎 Clue Challenge:
