Yesterday, I had the pleasure of delivering emergency first aid training to the Portico team at Wood Lane—and what a brilliant day it was!

All seven attendees did an amazing job. They showed real commitment, overcame challenges with confidence, and passed their assessments with flying colours. It was a fun, engaging day filled with learning, laughter, and teamwork.

Emergency first aid is a vital life skill. Their dedication truly reflects the high standards Portico upholds and the value placed on continuous development.

Well done to everyone involved—you made it a day to remember! 🫀❤️

What a fantastic Friday spent with Bella, Dina, and Francesca from BaxterStorey — three absolute stars who joined me for Emergency First Aid at Work training.

From the moment they walked in, their energy was infectious. Focused, curious, and full of good humour, they made the day a joy. Each one aced their assessments and left not just certified, but genuinely confident to step up in any first aid situation.

It’s always inspiring to see people take these skills seriously — not just for compliance, but because they care about being ready to help when it matters most. I couldn’t be prouder of them!❤️
