The idea that ‘main character energy’ is selfish comes from a lack of understanding that we are all interconnected ✨

You can’t ‘make’ people happy or unhappy…

But you can spread your energy!

Your ✨high vibe✨ energy creates more high vibe energy

Whilst your ⛈low vibe⛈ energy creates more low vibe energy

So people pleasing is the having the 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 effect to what you hope it will!

Because every time you suppress what you really want, or self sacrifice, you build resentment …

If that resentment has nowhere to go, it lowers your vibe ⚡️

I spent too long trying to make myself small, so I could squeeze into said box ..

(the irony is I’m 4ft 9.5 and can fit into pretty much any box..)

But lemme be metaphorical here 🤣

I spent too long trying to ‘niche’ myself down until barely recognisable!

Trying to fit all that I am, and all that I desire to do into a neat little one liner

Stripping away parts of myself due to this inherited idea that my identity should fit into 140 characters, or an instagram bio field

Trying to refine all of my goals into one number that would grace the first line of my tax return
⠀
But the reality is my goals are not representative of a number, but of a 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴

This feeling of deep joy, satisfaction & freedom
