As home chefs they operate remotely and with way less manpower, capital and infrastructure so their meals are significantly affordable than restaurants. As a community we need to fight food waste contributing for a sustainable future.

Avocados are delicious and nutritious, but they can also be a pain to deal with. If you don't eat the whole avocado right away, it will start to turn brown and lose its flavor.

Here's a simple kitchen hack to prevent your avocado from turning brown:

Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice on the avocado flesh.
Wrap the avocado tightly in plastic wrap or place it in an airtight container.

Chocolate chip muffins, anyone? These muffins are light and fluffy, with just the right amount of chocolate chips. Perfect for breakfast, a snack, or even dessert!

Recipe:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour a muffin tin.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, cream together butter and eggs until light and fluffy. Beat in milk and vanilla extract.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
