I am also an experienced trainer and speaker with experience in different countries. My portfolio includes previous speaking engagements at Harvard university in the US, Barilla in Italy, and TEDx salon in Sweden. I have taught clinical and public health nutrition to dozens of students both at Gothenburg University (Sweden) and at the University of Pavia (Italy). In 2020 I founded a company called The Food Scientist AB which owns shares in two startup companies: Food4Future AB in Sweden and MurgeEat Ltd. in the UK. Finally, I have also worked as a consultant for startup companies, associations, and schools.
