Lägenhet på hästgård utanför Blentarp

Vi har beslutat att hyra ut vår nybyggda gästlägenhet i stallängan till en permanent hyresgäst.

Lägenheten är på 77m2 golvyta fördelat på allrum och kök, sovrum med fransk balkong, ett mindre sovrum/ kontor, badrum samt garderob. Privat tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns en trappa ner.

Hyra 9 800kr/ månad. Värme, internet och sophämtning är inkluderat. Hushållsel tillkommer. Vissa möbler kan ingå om så önskas.
Lägenheten är rökfri men hund är välkommen. Ordnad ekonomi och deposition krävs.

Eventuellt kan det finnas plats för häst i vårt stall. Boxhyra tillkommer separat i så fall.
