Your power never disappears forever, it simply waits for you to remember the way back to it. Here are some gentle paths that will help you return to yourself:
Ground yourself: become a tree
When your thoughts are scattered and your feet barely touch the ground, your energy leaks into emptiness. Go to a living tree. Press your back against its trunk, close your eyes, and breathe slowly. Imagine strong roots growing from the soles of your feet deep into the earth, all the way down to the underground waters. Whisper a request for strength from the Earth and thank it.
Practice this for at least 5 minutes every day. The Earth always gives to those who remember their connection.
Stop the wind of words
Every meaningless word thrown into the wind takes away a spark of your energy.
Find one hour of silence — no talking, no music, no scrolling through social media. Light a bundle of sage or wormwood and let the smoke carry away everything you’ve said carelessly.
After the silence, speak aloud three words that reflect your essence today. For example: “I. Am. Here.”
Your words will regain their weight, and your energy will stop leaking into space.
Cleanse the river of your feelings
Resentments, fears, and old attachments are like stones blocking the flow of your inner river.
Fill a bowl with water. Hold it in your hands and speak out everything that weighs on you. Then pour the water at the roots of a large tree or into a flowing stream with these words: “Take what is not mine. Return what belongs to me.”
Wash your face with fresh water, imagining the current washing away all heaviness. Repeat until you feel lightness inside.
Rekindle your Inner fire
Other people’s goals, imposed roles, and joyless tasks steal your inner fire.
In the evening, light a candle. Gaze at the flame and ask yourself: “What did I do for my soul today?”
Write down one thing that makes you glow from within and one thing that dims your light. Gradually let go of the second.
Every day, take even a small step toward your true desire, even if it’s just singing or drawing. Fire grows when it is fed with sincerity.
Restore your agreements with the World
We often take from nature, from people, and from life, but forget to give back. When the agreement is broken, energy leaves as compensation.
Gather simple offerings: a handful of grains, clean water, or a beautiful stone. Go to the forest, a river, or even a park. Leave your gifts with words of gratitude.
Ask the world for support and promise something in return — to plant a tree, help someone, or treat water with more care.
Once the agreement is restored, your energy will begin to return in a circle of giving.
Start small, don’t try to do everything at once. Choose the practice that resonates with you the most and do it for several days in a row. Power doesn’t return in a sudden rush, it comes back slowly, steadily, and surely.
