Bompu Zen – for health & wellbeing
Six-week course in English • Starts 18/1 • 17.00–18.15
A calm, grounding journey through one of the oldest forms of zen: bompu zen, focused on mental and physical wellbeing.
Each week has its own theme – from how mindfulness works, to stress, physical and mental effects, presence, and finally integration.
Every class includes:
✨ 25 min gentle movement (tai chi & hatha inspired)
✨ 25 min traditional zen meditation
✨ Time for reflection & questions (sharing optional)
Same movement sequence each week = deeper focus on the theme.
