Part 1: I’m going back to my roots to heal and repair my skin. Winter in Sweden has been cruel to my skin and nothing helps. Follow my journey back to Guyana and through the Amazon rainforest to find the ingredients used by the indigenous people of Guyana (The Amerindians) to heal, repair and restore the skin. When I was a child, my entire family and I used this oil on our skin. It makes the skin healthy radiant.

Consistency is key.
Since I have been traveling lately, I have been very consistent in using the same products everyday single day. I get dark spots so easily and whenever I do, this is my go to products.
Crystal Retinal stimulate skin cells, speed up cell turnover and brighten the skin and diminish dark spots.
Niacinamide serum also calm and brighten the skin. I used this powerhouse combo in every evening routine. The before and after photos are 7 weeks apart. Of course I used an spf 50 every day. I refresh my sunscreen only once a day NOT every 2 hours.

I believe in toners and essences. For me toners and essences are essential in every skincare routine. Korean toners and essences are especially packed with calming, nourishing and hydrating ingredients.They give a good punch of hydration, nourish the skin barrier and allow the serum pe*****te deeper into the skin.
