Rebecka Latos Yoga Rebecka Latoś is an multi-certified international yoga teacher, mindfulness coach and fitness instructor with roots from many corners around the world.

Ever since she can remember, spirituality and eastern oriental lifestyle been inspiring her during childhood along with her mother's yoga practice. In 2012, Rebecka left Sweden to explore the world. While living in Australia, she found her passion for yoga and spirituality through her two yoga teachers. Up to present time, it was crystal clear that there was no return to a life without yoga. "Yoga is a relationship built between the body, mind and soul. You are released from negativity, stress, counteracts physical and mental diseases, as well as creating clean energy in body and spirit. Yoga has given me physical, hence, above all, mental balance. When sharing my knowledge and the way trough yoga in life, one can increase positive energy and joy of life on a new level. "

Traveling across the world, she freelanced with yoga in several countries around Southeast Asia, India, Latin America, Oceania, Europe and Scandinavia. The country of yoga, India, lays close to Rebecka's heart, having got to know more than half the country and the local Indian life in 2015, she further more, got certified in Holistic Massage and Reflexology near the Himalayas. In Rebecka's yoga classes she blends traditional Hatha with Vinyasa, flowing organiclly, Yin, Restorative and inspiration from Kundalini while blending in raw movements to a all-around fun and mindful twist of her own style. "In western society, we easy forget that yoga is much more than only asanas. I'd like to invite beginners to experienced yoga practitioners to remind ourselves to connect the mind and breath from asanas and out to our everyday-life. That it is okay to let got, that straight and still is not the finish line." She plays with pranayama, asanas, meditation and eyes in harmony with peaceful music, balancing out the doshas.

It's hard to meet her
the friend, not the follower,
the one who doesn’t see worth
as something to leverage.

In a world of polished profiles
and curated lives,
connection gets tangled
in questions of access:
Who do you know?
What can you offer?
How close can I stand
to your spotlight
without burning?

Too often,
friendship feels like strategy
a dance of intention,
not intimacy.

Compliments become currency,
and kindness,
a calculated bid.

Trust begins to fray
under the weight of wondering:
Would this bond still bloom
if there were no name,
no platform,
no pull?

And so,
many women move cautiously,
smiling with reserve,
searching for signals
of something real:
unpolished,
unasked for,
unattached.

A rare gift
to be met, not measured.

°• As the warmth of spring begins to creep in, nature invites us to reconnect with its healing power. 🌱☀️ There's something deeply grounding about feeling the earth beneath our feet, the sun warming our skin, and the refreshing presence of water nearby. These simple acts of being in nature have a profound impact on our neurology and well-being. Science shows that spending time outdoors, especially barefoot on the earth, can reduce stress, improve mood, and enhance cognitive function.

As the seasons change, so too can we. Spring reminds us of the power of new beginnings, of growth, and renewal.
