TEACHER FEATURE ✨// You already know this lovely lady as she’s been teaching 3 classes/week at ANP for quite a while now. Her fun fact — which isn’t so surprising — is that she’s known all the words to La Bamba by Los Lobos since she was 7!!!

In particular, please please please leave your phone outside of our practice space. It may not feel like a big deal but just the presence alone can be disruptive to people nearby.

At the end of the month we’ll be hosting our first holiday market.

This studio was built from a need to bring more people together. To have a space to come and move individually within a community of likeminded people. People just like you who have had a bad day, want to share some exciting news, are going through the stages of grief, who’s experiencing all the seasons of life. This is why we think it’s so important to host these community events like we did last Friday.

Thank you to our studio manager .byada who brought it all together, to so many of our members who contributed to organizing, and for those who showed up to spend the evening with us.

Join from the comfort of your home, from the excitement of your vacation or wherever life has taken you on a Wednesday evening. .with.mel will lead this live online class which will include a vinyasa practice as well as some time for deeper stretches.
