Our studio is centred upon Bikram Method Hatha Yoga, a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. It is specifically designed to work the entire body, using heat to stretch deeper, prevent injury and flush unwanted toxins. This yoga series stimulates the organs, glands and nerves and systematically moves fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of the body restoring health to all systems. It is an extremely well balanced practice, and in each 90-minute class the practitioner gains physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health benefits. We also offer relaxing Yin classes, energizing Vinyasa Flow and Inferno Hot HIIT. Find physical, mental, and emotional well-being through the practice of yoga. Roisin is back at Hot Yoga West from November 3rd! 🔥
Since Roisin was here last in July, she’s worked at Amchara Health Resort in Gozo, Malta as a Naturopathic Nutritionist & yoga instructor. When not on-site she enjoyed boat trips, sea swimming & frozen coffee.
Onwards to Munich to teach Bikram & Inferno, live with two cats, e-bike around the city & miss Oktoberfest by a week (again!).
Then a four-hour train trip to Vienna to continue with Bikram & Inferno classes — a city steeped in culture, cathedrals & coffee houses.
She’s looking forward to coming back to Hot Yoga West. She’s looking forward to seeing everyone again. She’s looking forward to the hot room...

✨ Teacher Spotlight: Meet Martin ✨

If you’ve practiced Bikram, Inferno Hot HIIT, Breathwork, or Yin Yoga at our studio — chances are, you’ve been guided by Martin.

Ever since he was a kid, Martin has been fascinated by how things work — a curiosity that’s taken him from studying Electrical and Electronic Engineering, to exploring the delicate folds of origami, to teaching yoga in 11 different countries around the world. 🌍

For Martin, yoga is another way to explore how things work — not just on the outside, but on the inside too. His classes are a mix of focus, precision, and presence — a true reflection of his curious spirit.

You might even spot one of his origami creations around the studio next time you visit. 😉

We’re so excited to welcome Hilary back to Hot Yoga West as our guest teacher from October 23 – November 1! 🔥

Here’s a little about her story 👇

“I discovered hot yoga (Bikram Yoga) in 2005 while I was in New York to be a classical ballet dancer, and was immediately hooked. The yoga studio was a place to love and take care of my body.

A year later I went to yoga teacher training and became a full time traveling teacher, leaving dance behind. My teaching and practice have evolved a lot over the years, through injury and experience.

In 2018, I returned to dance professionally, creating contemporary dance and dance theater performances. I continue to teach yoga when I can, nourished by my dance and artistic experience.

I love the exchanges that are possible through teaching and practicing yoga, what they teach me about others and myself. I’m excited to be back at Hot Yoga West, a studio that I’ve seen evolve, that has seen me evolve for more than ten years.”

💫 Her classes weave together the precision of ballet, the discipline of Bikram, and the creative flow of contemporary movement — a true embodiment of practice through evolution.
