Magdalene Iyamu Cancer Foundation started in 2011 to provide professional support for people living with cancer. Amongst the principle objectives of its establishment is the advocacy for good health and well-being for all ages by promoting healthy lifestyles, providing modern medical measures and efficient healthcare for everyone. The foundation offers a spectrum of expanded services for cancer patients, their families and caregivers, ensure sustainable development while empowering women and children through education, entrepreneurship and equality. Cancer like every other disease can be cured and patients restored if detected early and treated right. Early detection is paramount for its effective treatment and cure. "BE BRAVE TO SURVIVE is our watch-word".. OUR MISSION

To ensure that all people impacted by cancer are empowered by knowledge, strengthened by action, and sustained by community. OUR VISION

To ensure that cancer scourge is controlled through all actions that aim to reduce the burden of cancer on all individuals and the communities to ensure a cancer free future. OUR AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

To render assistance to women and children by equipping them with education and entrepreneurship. To generate extensive awareness for cancer as a major life threatening disease. To contribute to the attainment of sustainability by forging evidence based solutions to inform policy deliberations. Either directly or through tie ups with cancer specialist’s organization, our foundations objective is to develop, manage and run many cancer detection centers and mobile detection vans to reach out to the public for regular check-ups.
