He shou wu, D**g quai eggs (for ladies)

- He shou wu ( prepared, not raw, very important ❗️) 10g
- D**g quai 10g
- Eggs 2
- Black beans half handful around 50ml
- Ginger 3 slices
1. Soak black beans over night and rinse.
2. Add all the ingredients except eggs and add water above the Ingredients 3cm. Cooking normally way as you cooking the black beans until the beans not longer raw.
3. Wash eggs and added into the herb soup and boiling for 5 min. Take them out and shell the eggs, then put them back to the soup. Continue boiling for 2 min if you like well cooked eggs, otherwise just soak them for another 5 min.
4. Add honey or other sweetness as your choice and enjoy. ‼️Notes! avoid during menstruation.
This is a classic Traditional Chinese medicine meal. Through its effect of nourishing blood and Qi, it can help ladies delay aging and regulate the menstrual cycle and makes it more comfortable when it comes.
