Being a Preferred Supplier to Eqwal means more than a badge - it’s a way of working. We collaborate tightly with clinics, distributors and Eqwal’s Clinical Support Team to make sure every product is useful in practice, not just on paper. Before anything reaches patients, it’s validated for quality and usability, supported by due diligence across the supply chain. Here’s a moment from our Clinical Support Group meeting in Leeds - aligning on protocols and reviewing trial insights. Grateful for the partnership and the shared focus on outcomes that matter.

Throwback to last week, when Kansas City showed up for Steps Of Faith Foundation's 9th Annual Thundergong!, raising over $1 million to help underinsured amputees receive the prosthetic care they need.
Our own Tamara Sneeringer (Central Sales Manager) and MJ McNeece (Western Sales Manager) attended, along with friends, to experience this one-of-a-kind event founded by Jason Sudeikis and Billy Brimblecom.
Hosted by Sudeikis and featuring music, comedy, and dance from his celebrity friends, Thundergong! has become a Kansas City favorite for both the community and the O&P field.

Hurray! It’s the International Day of Prosthetics and Orthotics – or Ortopedteknikens dag as we say in Sweden!
It’s hard to imagine what life as an amputee would look like without the passion, skill, and dedication of Prosthetists and Orthotists (CPOs). Watching this reel really puts it into perspective - featuring our founder, Christoffer, both with and without his prosthetics.
Whether celebrating Halloween, All Saints, or both - wishing you fun frights and warm remembrance.🕯️🎃

Amputees also struggle with legroom on airplanes! ✈️💺But thanks to the Xtend Connect Prime, I can easily detach my heavy prosthetic and relieve the pressure on my stump. And just like that, I have all the legroom that I could ever need!

Christoffer Lindhe was just 17 years old when he lost both legs and an arm in a railway accident in 2006. But against all odds he survived, largely thanks to the fact that he was very fit as a top class swimmer. With impressive single-mindedness, he decided to proceed with his active life, and just two years after the accident he competed in the Paralympics with outstanding performances in both Peking in 2008 and London in 2012.
However things were more difficult in his everyday life. Walking outdoors turned out to be a challenge. Christoffer tried many different prosthetic feet, but couldn’t find any that were good enough. The smallest hole or stone made him lose his balance and fall over, despite the fact that he was very fit. He was forced to use a wheelchair though he didn’t want to.
So, as part of his training to become a development engineer, he researched why his balance was not good enough, and arrived at the conclusion that it was the restricted mobility in the prosthetic foot that was the problem. As he wanted to be able to be outside and not be dependent on a wheel chair, in partnership with orthopaedic technicians and universities, he started to develop his own foot prosthesis. The development resulted in Xtend Foot, a prosthetic foot with greater lateral turning capacity, which moves more like a human foot and adapts to the surface if you tread on something uneven. Which enables the user to walk safely and securely, both outside and indoors. And it was a world-first innovation.
Christoffer Lindhe is the founder and principal owner of Lindhe Xtend AB. He has received awards and honours for his inventiveness, his company and his leadership.
