You just need to find new ways to do things, including what training you’re doing and with which intention you do it.

Having a calmer practice, where you are sensitive for what you have enough energy for doing, will build you strong. In a sustainable way.

Knee or lower back-pain? 😣

Strengthen your butt, will not only make your butt look more juicy, but also help you keep better posture to release pain from knees and lower back.

Practice smart and precise, with this short sequence.

Lay on your mat, with bent knees and feet on the wall:

✅ 10 hip lifts

Still on your mat. Lay on one side, with softly bent knees.

✅ 10x2 clamshell openings

Watch the reel again for 2nd and 3rd round!

By sitting much and often with “bad” posture, your core and back muscles becomes poor putting asymmetrical load on hips and knees.

My exercises target core and glute muscles.
The sooner you’ll get started, the better you’ll feel.

This is it!

Make it happen - better posture, a stronger back and painfree knees - at any age.

Is “Pushing Through” holding you back? 🛑

I see it every day: brilliant, high-achieving women who are stiff, tight with pain because they are using a 30-year-old playbook. They think they just need to ‘push’ harder to get past the stiffness.

And when they can’t, they stop doing any practice at all.

Because they don’t know what and how to do anymore?

But ‘pushing through’ is exactly what keeps you stuck.

In midlife, movement needs to be intentional. It needs to leave you feeling ‘twinkling’ and light, not ‘sour’ and depleted.

Menopause belly? 🤔

Strengthen your core, will shape it and make your lower back pain free at the same time 💥

Train smarter, with this short sequence.

✅ 10x2 lift knees to hip height

✅ 10x2 elbow “kiss” opposite knee

✅ 10x2 obliques strength

My belly changed massively during menopause. From always flat, to a “fluffy” little bun making my core week.

If your belly changed too, you didn’t do anything wrong.

Hormones shifted.

Muscles weekend.

My exercises target the deep core muscles to flatter and strengthen the belly, better posture and a stronger back - at any age.

The sooner you’ll get started, the better you’ll feel.

How you begin your morning will affect your whole day.

Beginning with rushing away will give you the sense of stress and your mind will have a hard time prioritizing among the tasks you need [or you think you need] to tick off.

Starting your morning with a good practice will make your body strong and painfree, give you clear mind and empower energy that lasts even after 5 pm

Imagine getting x10 tasks done - AND still feeling energized enjoying family time in the evening.

To have a good morning routine is KEY for how your whole day will turn out. Giving yourself an empowering morning practice will keep you connected to yourself before you interact with others, and you’ll have the best opportunities to run your life the way you want to, not anybody else!
