⨠Introducing Wilma Olsson: Your Guide Back Home to Yourself
Meet Wilma Olsson, a yoga teacher with a deep foundation in meditation, journaling, and inner work. Her spiritual journey began long before yogaâshaped by stress and anxiety in her teenage years, and supported by practices that helped her understand her emotions, connect to her dreams, and consciously create the life she wants to live.
⨠From Meditation to the Mat
Wilma has primarily practised Vinyasa, Power Yoga, and Yin Yoga, and is especially drawn to the clarity and self-connection that comes through stillness. She has recently come back from teaching in Bali.
⨠Yoga as a Path of Self-Discovery
For Wilma, yoga has been a powerful tool for stress management and personal growth. It has shown herâagain and againâthat we are capable of far more than we imagine, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally too. Yoga is her space to step outside expectations, meet herself honestly, and grow into who she feels sheâs meant to be.
⨠What You Can Expect in Wilmaâs Classes
Wilmaâs classes are an invitation to explore yourself exactly as you areâwhether youâre new to yoga or deeply experienced. You can expect pranayama, asana, and moments of stillness/silence, with guidance that brings you âhomeâ into your own body and mind. Physically, her teaching emphasises body control, stability, alignment, and moving with intention into deeper expressions of postures. Toward the end of class, she often offers gentle reflectionsâcreating space for you to find your own answers, rather than being told what to think.

Wilma teaches from (self)compassion, authenticity, self-awareness, and introspection. Step onto the mat with her to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the wisdom you already carry.
