I used to cringe every time anyone would refer to yoga as stretching or toning. I loathed pictures of yoga poses on white beaches in front of beautiful sunsets.

A few more days of autumn before this yoga teacher heads for a short holiday with sun and fiesta 🎈
Two chances to flow with me this week:
Wednesday
18.30-21.00 pop-up evening retreat ! A two and a half hour rejuvenating retreat filled with live music, chanting, flowing in tune with nature and restoring for times ahead. We still need to fill a few more spots to make this one happen so get in touch asap if you're interested!
Friday
16.30-18.00 after work yoga. My favorite class of the week, always accommodated to the yogis on the mat. A beautiful chance to release the week and prepare for the weekend 💗
Saturday-Sunday subbed by lovely colleagues. See you on the mat!

In my quest of 'being' a "morning person" I have to say that I absolutely love heading out on our morning walks. It's such a blessing to enjoy the world before it wakes up, so much stillness and time for just being. A great start of the day!
