What you see in the picture is our COO, Naveen Sasidharan, holding one of our standard feedback forms after the successful completion of a pilot with one of the largest public hospitals in Belgium. 📄🏥
Team Worldish is very pleased with how the pilot progressed, and how both the quantitative and qualitative clinical benefits of Helen were properly evaluated under the leadership of the Chief Medical Officer, together with the staff community across 12 departments. We will soon be entering a wider implementation across the hospital. 🚀
The main benefits of using Helen, along with the ROI, were evaluated across three key KPIs: 📊
* How Helen Assistant improves the patient experience 😊
* How the tool enhances healthcare staff experience 👩⚕️👨⚕️
* How it improves overall clinical processes and hospital operations ⚙️
Being able to prove that an innovation like Helen Assistant works in a real environment like this is very important to us. Helen exceeded expectations across all areas, earning the level of trust that healthcare demands for adoption—there is no easy way around it. ✅
Healthcare innovation is ultimately about proving that your solution works in high-pressure environments—such as large public hospitals with staff shortages, high patient density, and limited resources. In such settings, the goal is for the innovation to become a practical tool in the hands of every nurse and doctor, enabling better and more equitable care, especially in the context of language barriers. 🌍💬
This has always been our value proposition, and we were able to gather strong evidence to support it. 💡
Another key objective was to address the fact that many doctors and nurses are comfortable using tools like Google Translate, Microsoft Translate, and ChatGPT, often without full awareness of the potential risks to patient safety. It was important to demonstrate that Helen Assistant could outperform these general AI tools in medical accuracy. 🧠⚠️
If Helen Assistant’s AI medical accuracy had only been equivalent to that of Google Translate, they would not have chosen us.
In this area as well, Helen exceeded expectations. We demonstrated our ability to handle highly complex medical scenarios with high precision and accuracy that can even surpass the quality delivered by medically trained interpreters. 🎯
