We are thrilled to announce that Landspitali University Hospital in Iceland has signed a contract with us! 🇮🇸✍️

We are now starting up an exciting pilot project together to evaluate the clinical processes and financial benefits of using Helen—our medically trained AI voice-to-voice interpretation model—within their clinical settings.

Why Helen? 🩺 Before this pilot, the innovation team at Landspítali conducted a rigorous pre-study evaluating Helen’s medical accuracy, specifically in the Icelandic language (which is often underrepresented in general AI translation technologies). The team was highly satisfied with the initial results, particularly Helen's ability to handle complicated medical dialogues with precision during testing.

We are now ready to extend this further into the departments, working side-by-side with healthcare professionals and patients.

Hats off to the management and innovation team at Landspítali for investing in a proven, medically trained AI technology over general translation tools like Google Translate, Microsoft Bing, or ChatGPT. 🚀

We look forward to creating solid evidence regarding our KPIs and, most importantly, being able to evaluate the benefits regarding usability and patient safety together. We will keep you updated on our progress!

🌍 We have marked an amazing pilot collaboration with UniR Universités & Réfugié.e.s in Paris.

Students from refugee backgrounds who are learning French at UniR will now have the opportunity to enhance their journey of learning professional French and accelerate their integration into the French workforce through Helen Amigo — our innovative digital language learning platform.

💪 We are truly excited to contribute to UniR’s inspiring mission of empowering refugees through education and professional skill development. Together, we aim to help learners gain confidence, master workplace communication, and strengthen their employability in France.

On October 14, PariSanté Campus and Institut Curie formalised their partnership around a shared ambition: to accelerate research and innovation in digital health, for the benefit of patients and cancer research. Worldish was invited to this event. It was an absolute privilege for us to be at this meeting point—an intersection of innovation, cancer research, and the future of healthcare. What a great event!

We hope we can collaborate with Institut Curie in the future to solve language barriers for their patients and look forward to this collaboration platform between innovation and real-world patient care.

It was extra inspiring for us to be part of this event and meet representatives from Institut Curie, as they carry the legacy of the legendary Marie Curie. She is an absolute inspiration for any healthcare researcher and healthcare staff working to challenge the status quo and work towards improving the prevailing conditions.

Le 14 octobre, PariSanté Campus et l'Institut Curie ont officialisé leur partenariat autour d'une ambition commune : accélérer la recherche et l'innovation en santé numérique au bénéfice des patients et de la recherche sur le cancer. Worldish a été convié à cet événement. Cela a été un immense privilège pour nous d'être à ce point de rencontre, qui représente une intersection entre l'innovation, la recherche sur le cancer et l'avenir des soins de santé. Nous avons passé un excellent moment à la Clinic Saint-Jean Brussels à l'occasion d'une session d'intégration 🎉 !

Nous apprécions véritablement l'engagement et la motivation de l'équipe de direction à mettre à profit Helen Assistant, une technologie de pointe basée sur l'IA pour l'interprétation médicale, afin de surmonter les barrières linguistiques pour leurs patients.

Une mise en œuvre réussie commence toujours par des responsables tels que Steven Creve et Danaé Ceusters 👏, ainsi que l'ensemble du personnel des différents départements qui ont intégré Helen.

We had a wonderful onboarding session at Clinic Saint-Jean Brussels 🎉! We truly appreciate the commitment and positive drive of the management team in leveraging Helen Assistant, cutting-edge AI technology for medical interpretation, to overcome language barriers for their patients.

A successful implementation always starts with leaders like Steven Creve and Danaé Ceusters 👏, along with the entire staff across the departments who have embraced Helen.

This fall 🍂, we will be expanding the tool to additional departments, with the goal of fully onboarding the hospital.
