Massage isn’t one-size-fits-all. I take time to listen and adjust the treatment to what your body actually needs that day.

Even if you’re not sure which type of massage you need, we’ll figure it out together when you arrive.

At In Touch Massage you can choose between:
• Relaxation massage
• Sports massage
• Deep tissue / therapeutic massage
• Intuitive massage
• Indian head massage

Session lengths:
30 / 45 / 60 / 90 minutes

You can also add:
• 15 min foot massage with hot towels
• 15 min head massage
• 30 min extended head massage

Är du man och har svårt att berätta vad du känner och tänker, och tycker att du blir kritiserad av din partner? Hur löser du det? Är du en som drar dig undan och försöker hantera det genom att säga så lite som möjligt så att det inte blir fel? Du är långt från ensam. Du har gjort rationella val genom livet, anpassat dig och lärt dig från unga år vad du behöver för att känna dig trygg. Men i en relation fungerar det sällan bra att undvika samtalen och va öppen med sina känslor. Det skapar otrygghet för din partner som vill veta vem du är, vad du känner, vill och behöver. Så våga gå emot den där starka impulsen att gå undan eller säga ”jag vet inte” när du får frågor. Våga berätta allt om dig själv utan att för den skull säga vad din partner gör fel. Det tar tid, men det skapar en helt annan balans och harmoni i förhållandet.

Long days, late nights, two little ones to keep alive and a business to grow… it’s a lot.
But when I’m here — even just cleaning and resetting the room — something in me settles.
It feels right. It feels like home. A clean, calm home. 😂

Watching the sun rise has always given me this deep sense of freedom, calm, and gratitude. Even before becoming a mom — back when I had all the time in the world — the sunrise still gave me that same feeling.

Some days I wish there was more time… more space to do, to rest, to just be.
But this morning felt like a reminder that right now, I have exactly the amount of time I’m meant to have — for these exact moments.

I really do believe the puzzle pieces always fit.
Even in the chaos, there’s purpose in it all.
