I am sitting in a deeply transformative gratitude after the final Shamanic Breathwork & Sound Temple of this year, held under the 12/12 portal — a space where soul alignment and the holy darkness were fully welcomed and honored.

As John Lennon’s “This Is Christmas” and a christed consciousness moved through the space, woven together with Hathor’s divine love, a sublime crystalline energy descended and penetrated every cell of our beings. It felt as if the fragile, refined energy filling the room could be touched, even cut through — so palpable, so exquisitely alive — opening our hearts in the most tender and profound way.

I am profoundly grateful to be able to create and hold space for conscious healing. That a fully booked room feels the call to dedicate a Friday evening to deep, inner, transformative work is nothing short of sacred. To come into contact with, clear, and become channels for Source — allowing it to move through us and do its work.

The witnessing words and sharings afterward were truly extraordinary. Stories of deep purging and recalibration, of masculine and feminine energies coming back into balance; past-life experiences; and for some, the first time becoming fully one with the entire energy body — and profound experiences of levitation. Of becoming the silent witness, observing as the body takes over and breathes us.

The deep, coherent group field we create together is something truly exceptional.

Endless gratitude to my beloved co-creator Tina Klangbad Tina Quartey— for finding one another, and for being able to share and weave our gifts together in this way.

A Christed consciousness, so that we may walk and serve in the world from this elevated vibration — from a refined, sublime, and heart-centered place.

Last year’s pilgrimage to Egypt led me to swear a sacred oath at the Garden of Elijah, near Mount Sinai—an oath to never forget. I vowed to stay devoted, to be in service for the rest of this incarnation. Through light, pleasure, and ecstasy, I was given a gift—and I accept the mission to honor it, to carry it, and to let it move through me in my own unique expression and presence.

The highest union is to give myself fully to Life itself—to God.

This year, the pilgrimage became a journey of ultimate inner alchemy: the perfect balance between the feminine and the masculine, between mind and heart, between all polarities returning to center. A deep alignment with Source, inviting the energies to harmonize so that creation can flow in divine co-creation.

As I sat in grace, my entire spine opened. Powerful energies moved through my body, unlocking chakra after chakra, releasing streams of rainbow light. In that deep prayer—filled with reverence, homecoming, remembrance, past lives, and the healing of old wounds—I received once again the highest transmission my soul has known. And it wants to move outward into the world. That is my mission.

Freedom awaits us.
Through the highest love—through light, pleasure, and abundance.

SoulinEssence was born in that meeting.
Not as a brand, but as a return — a remembering of the sacred rhythm spiraling from root to sky, awakening matter into song.

It is the movement of the Divine Feminine embodied:

not chasing the light, but becoming it in flesh.

Through me, SoulinEssence emerges as both movement and medicine —
a living field where business becomes temple, and devotion becomes leadership.
A space where the body is oracle, sound is bridge, and movement is prayer.

Within this field, the sacred and the sensual meet.
Here, sacred sexuality, breathwork, de-armouring and somatic presence awaken the body’s ancient wisdom.
Parts-inspired inquiry brings every inner part home.
Sacred sound vibrates the soul’s memory back into truth.

Every gathering becomes a living initiation:

• Somatic and inner parts practices guide integration.
• Sacred sound moves truth through the rivers of the body.

We journeyed through meditation, breathwork, chakra wisdom, sound transmission and light language.
We shared, remembered, aligned — and felt the collective rising.

A year ago, in a quiet moment of surrender — just before I entered the temples in Egypt — I asked Spirit: “Put me where I am needed, in alignment with the highest timeline possible for me.” That prayer has continued to unfold in such profound ways, and it feels like tomorrow’s activation is part of that same golden thread.

It was a prayer born not of wanting, but of willingness — a desire to be of service, to listen deeply, and to walk in alignment with what life was asking of me. I didn’t know then where that simple request would lead, only that my heart was ready to follow.

Looking back now, I see how the seeds were already being planted — in the sands of Egypt last year during the pilgrimage, and again among the sacred mists and stones of Glastonbury this year. Each journey was a remembering, a reconnection, and a gentle weaving of the unseen threads that have brought me to this moment.

And now, something beautiful is being born.
SoulinEssence — the flowering of those seeds, the embodiment of that original prayer. It feels like a homecoming of spirit, a gathering of all the parts of me that have been preparing, learning, and listening. It is not just my creation; it is an offering from Spirit, through me, for all who are called to walk this path of awakening and wholeness.

I am in awe of how life moves when we trust it — how the whispers of the heart become the songs of our purpose. Thank you for being part of this unfolding, for witnessing, for holding space, and for walking beside me.

This work is incredibly tender and deeply dear to me.
It has been one of the most important and life-altering steps in my own journey — a gateway into sacred sexuality, into true embodiment, and into a kind of love I didn’t know was possible...

Cervical Awakening & Sexual de-armouring
