I teach Vinyasa Yoga. Vinyasa to me means to put together and make a Yoga class that heads to a purpose. I have defined my Yoga classes as ¨Yoga with benefits¨ where you can learn about your body and how it moves and apply to your daily life. Learn the first steps to observe and control your mind, such as concentration and awareness, and apply it to your daily life.
You will be surprised how much what's going on in your mind can change your physical body.
I like the challenge of difficult Asanas, and I love introducing them to my Yoga classes. However, what I love more than that is to find challenge and delicacy in simple, basic Yoga Asana.
To me, there is no right or wrong in doing a Yoga Asana. It's not a fixed way to do a pose, but it's all about the intention: what we want to get from doing the pose.
