JEANINA DHARA is a bodyoriented therapist and coach for individuals and couples. Her foundation is the breath and the wisdom and healing power of the body. She's been working as a bioenergetics therapist for over 20 years, as well as with different sexual therapies and empowering modalities. Meditation, breath and presence is an important part of her work whatever the subject. "When we stop to connect within and with our surrounding, then it's easier to sense ourselves and that spark of aliveness always present in us. Then we can tap into what is truly important for us and our life in this moment." Apart from having facilitated groups in bioenergetics and ta**ra around the world, Jeanina Dhara has furthermore trained hundreds of people and companies in coaching and Nonviolent Communication - empathic communication - a method that has transformed her own relations and way of relating deeply. She also holds a bachelor in media- and communications and is fluent in five languages.

Love. Aliveness. Wholeness.

We weren’t born just to get through life—we were born to live it. To feel it all. The contrast, the beauty, the aching tenderness, the love that cracks us open and melts us back to wholeness.

Being human is a wild ride. It’s messy, raw, uncertain. We carry old wounds, we meet heartbreak, we wrestle with shadows. But within all of it, we have a choice. Not to bypass the pain, not to force joy, but to let love hold it all. To soften where we’ve hardened, to stay open where we want to close.

What if, moment by moment, we let ourselves relax, unfold? No fixing, no forcing—just breathing into the fullness of who we are. Letting love move through us, not as something we have to earn, but as something that has always been ours. This life isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence, awareness, courage. It’s about love. Love that can hold and transform everything.
