A new World Record, a Swedish Spa & great people ♥️
Being outdoors, lighting a fire, being surrounded by good people, take an ice bath, go for a sauna - that’s where I find my true north ❤️🔥🫡
I’m also blown away by David, setting a NEW WORLD RECORD in ice static breath holding - 8 min & 4 sec!!!!!!!
Thank you to all who came to beautiful Arriesjön; families, friends, competitors, ice skaters, nature lovers - coming together in nature like this is the BEST! 🤩
