We are offering two free events so that you can meet us 😊 and explore what we offer at Ash & Elm.
Gary will be offering a free class on White Crane Qi Gong, which will include a talk on the many benefits of this system. There will be time for questions and answers.
Rachel will offering a free talk on Ayurveda for Women’s Health. Topics covered will include how to work with hormone imbalance, menstrual cycle difficulty, perimenopause and menopause. There will be time for questions and answers.
Gary Collins has taught Tai Chi and Qi Gong for over twenty five years and is the founder of the Jade Sun School of Tai Chi & Qi Gong in Ireland.
Rachel has been practicing Ayurveda for over fifteen years in Ireland and is the founder of Anadi Ayurveda.
We have moved to Sweden and together we created Ash & Elm. 💙
We have over thirty years of experience in holistic wellness and would love to share our passion for healing with you!
We are new to Malmö but not new to wellness!
