Every course of how to coach, relationship dynamics, family trauma, ta**ra, grieving counselling has been extremely beneficial in my work with guiding people to find their way through problems of life.. When I meet people in my work I can come with a huge understanding and empathy as well, because my own relationships and experiences in life humbled me so I meet you where you are, right here and right now.

From 1st of September I open up places to coach couples and families to untangle patterns that is not working in your daily common life.
We will create a safe space together, meeting online for 2 hours and start your journey to a more peaceful and lovable relationship, as a couple or as a family for very affordable prices.

Everything is cycles in this world, life and nature. What’s hard don’t stay the same forever. Today was the first time for a year that I spent time on my mat, without the need to process hard emotions, sadness and anger at any point of the practice. And instead I almost cried of gratefulness - grateful that me and my family still are strong together. Grateful for family, friends, working colleagues that has all been holding space and helping us through this year.
A shift. Nothing goes on forever. Neither good or bad❤️Thank you🙏🏻

So true and important that we stop bypassing our own and others experiences.. I do believe that we don’t do it out of the intention to harm anyone else. It might be more that it becomes unbearable for ourselves to actually feel other peoples (or our own) pain so we want to fix it - fast!😅
But healing and processing takes time and some times there’s not much “gold” to pick out from a situation - it just sucks and that’s it!
So give yourself and others some slack, time and compassion🥰

Boktips inför helgen!😊Om du tycker om att läsa om stora frågor såsom livet, döden, kvantfysik, hur man kan lära känna sig själv bättre och hur man kan fördjupa sin parrelation måste jag tipsa dig om Charlotte Fogels bok! Det jag älskar med hennes skrivande är att det är personligt, ”down to earth” och engagerande😍
Jag har laddat ner boken som e-bok också för att kunna läsa på telefonen om jag plötsligt får en stund över - samtidigt är det svårt att lägga ifrån sig boken för jag vill bara läsa mer och mer😅
