𝒀𝒐𝒏𝒊 𝒑𝒂𝒊𝒏 - 𝒗𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒃𝒖𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒔
A condition the regular health care many times ignores and lacks knowledge about.
I have gotten some spiritual info about this condition as some of you might benefit from this information.
So here goes: The biggest reason is tension, often severe tension, in the va**nal walls. In some women the ph-level is also affected. So try to read up on how to maintain a healthy ph-level. And remember that every person is different! Find what works for you! And never use soap in the inner va**na. Just use it on the outer lips (if you benefit from soap, as I said everyone is different).
But ph is only a smal part of it. For complete healing you need to adress the tension in your va**nal area and the kramps and tensions in the muscles, tissues and nerves. This is what will enable you to slowly get better! If you give it time and commitment you will be able to heal it! During this you need to treat your yoni and your va**na with love, tender care and respect.
The tension comes from traumas, big and smal. Forcing yourself on your yoni, as smal as inserting your or somebody elses finger or a p***s or d***o when you are not 100% into it can trigger vestibulitis. It doesn’t have to be big traumas as r**e and molestation. Smal tensions over time can also trigger it. It is your va**nas way of telling you’r boundaries has been stepped over. It often bilds up during life times.
𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐬:
Give yourself once a week or whatever suits you. Schedule a wast amount of time, and make sure you will not be disturbed. See this as a time to honor your yoni and her divine creation. This is about all of your yoni, the outside, the inside and your uterus. It is all part of your femininety and your divine connection to Mother Earth. It is a gateway to the deeper truths of Mother Earth and the divine feminine.
So show this session respect and honor. Dim the light, light candels, put on soft relaxing music. And create a beautiful relaxing place where you can relax and feel safe.
Prepare oil (I like to use coconut or cooking oil) and make sure your hands are warm.
Lay down with the intention to caress and love yourself and your yoni.
Maybe you should start with gently touching your stomach. Maybe you start by caressing your thighs and the area around your yoni. Or you’d like to start directly on your outer va**na. Remember this has NOTHING to do with s*x. This is about giving love, relaxation and healing to your yoni. And absolutly no pressure about s*xual performance or orgasming.

Gently toucch and massage your outer yoni. If you find tension in the tissue, work more on thoose areas. You can also apply the idea of pressure points. Let your intuition guide you to where you need to press with your finger/fingers. This is a GREAT exercise for all women! Pain or no pain. I find theese sessions really deepen my connection to my yoni and makes her open up to me more and more for every session. This is what every yoni needs to really bloom! It is as she opens up more and more rose petals for every session. If you have no, or mild, pain problems this is also a great exercise to do with your partner furher down the line! It is all about them (or you) honoring you and your yoni. It deepens connection and trust and makes your yoni relax, feel safe and open up more and more to you as well as your partner.

I suggest that the first sessions you work on your outer yoni. Never go further than your yoni wants. When you feel that you are ready you start to gently massage, touch and if desired press on and around the opening.

After a few sessions, when your intuition tells you you are ready, you do the same thing on the inner walls of your va**na. Very gently, very soft, very slowly, very loving and caressing. Find the soar spots and work on and around them. There might be memories, thought is feelings arising on different spots. Just let them come! Don’t focus on them, focus on the massage. And just let whatever comes flow by while focusing on the massage. Follow your intuition, If you feel you should hold your finger still, do it. If you feel you should press on a point, do it! This is something you work on slowly and over a long time, depending on how much tension you hold of course. This is all about love and healing!
I suggest you leave your uterus (on the top part of your va**na, the ceiling of your va**na) for a few sessions. Many women hold a lot of pain and tension in the uterine wall. So wait a few sessions before starting to work on this area, the roof of the va**na.

You can also take help of s*x therapists, when you have done the initial healing yourself. If you feel you are ready for it and that you would benefit from it. But I suggest you work yourself on your va**nal healing first. And If the time comes and you feel that getting help on clearing your va**nal tensions is what you want and need, I suggest you look up local ones and use your intuition to pick the one that is right for you! They can help you clear even deeper traumas and tension in your yoni! Look for s*xologists and ta**ra workers!
