Panic keeps coming back for a reason, and it usually isn’t about you doing something wrong.
Most people focus on the attack itself. But what really keeps the loop going is what happens after: the extra checking, the avoiding, the small ”just in case” habits that feel completely reasonable in the moment.
Over time, your brain learns from those adjustments and starts treating normal sensations like signs of danger.
Eventually, the fear becomes less about the attack itself and more about the possibility of one.
This is the cycle I work with step by step inside my panic program, so the focus isn’t only on getting through episodes, but on changing the pattern that keeps bringing them back.
