I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks for the incredible experience at the multiplanar L-scar mastopexy course. It was truly a privilege to attend this meeting and witness the best of Mexico City – its beauty left an indelible impression on me.

I am honored to have met such a group of spectacular surgeons. Your dedication and skill are a testament to why this region is a leading force in modern plastic surgery. The competitive environment here clearly fosters greatness, something we in Europe can learn a great deal from. While we have our strengths in European plastic surgery, the unique techniques developed here are starting to gain appreciation back home. Our patients are increasingly aware of your outstanding results and are eager for us to replicate them.

A special shoutout to Adel Bark and Mariana for developing this fantastic concept of the multiplanar L-scar mastopexy. We are excited to act as ambassadors for this technique, spreading its benefits further. My gratitude also extends to the wonderful organizers of this event – your efforts made these unforgettable days possible.

The connections made during such events are as valuable as the knowledge gained, creating lasting bonds that extend across continents. Den här är jag faktiskt rätt stolt över. Ett bra resultat blir ett fantastiskt resultat med träning och bra kost. Från början bodylift med stor fettsugning och BBL och sedan bröstlyft med implantat. Har hennes tillåtelse att visa hennes inlägg på facebook här för er.

A Plastic Surgeon's Reflection from Uppsala

In the heart of Uppsala, where the blend of history and modernity paints a unique landscape, I have had the privilege of practicing plastic surgery for over a decade. My journey has been marked by continuous learning, genuine connections with my patients, and a commitment to excellence.

Receiving five-star reviews has been both a source of happiness and pride, as well as a pressure. Each positive review is a testament to the trust my patients have placed in us, but it also reminds me that I'm never better than our last patient. The desire to maintain that streak pushes me to strive for perfection in every procedure.

Sometimes we plastic surgeons try to proclaiming ourself as the "number one plastic surgeon" and "world-class." While I respect this enthusiasm, I find myself reflecting on what it truly means to be a professional in this field.

Njutning i nuet, en sval sommarbris, tid för återhämtning - sådan är magin med semester! Det känns underbart att fylla på med ny energi, inspireras och förbereda sig för kommande utmaningar på Molding i Uppsala. Vi kan knappt vänta med att kasta oss in i den pulserande hösten igen.

Vi har något alldeles speciellt på gång - en gåta insvept i ett mysterium! Det vi kan säga är att ni kommer få se oss som ni aldrig sett oss tidigare. En ny resa väntar runt hörnet, ett äventyr som skjuter iväg oss i en riktning där vi ännu inte utforskat. Vi blandar ny teknik med kreativitet och vågar utmana det traditionella.
