This never gets old— so is reposting it.

We are over the hump of Half-year mark.. how consistent have we been?

As FierceHer coaches are also going thru life changes — yes , menopause and post-menopause as a major life-change (!)— we realize that these habits ☝️ have still remained true. The only difference is it’s not as easy to do all , all at once.

So choose the top 3 you know you’re able and willing to do for the next month. If not 3, then 2, if not 2.. select 1.. but the key is to KEEP CONSISTENT with it.

And when you’ve got it like it’s been a part of you— go and choose the next 1,2, or 3 health habit.

Our mind is stronger than we think and it may trick us to thinking we are not going to be successful— that’s negative talk we tend to listen to. Have faith in yourself that you are stronger than what you think you are.

You’ve got this!

We understand how Exercise is often over-looked as a factor in healthy digestion.

Did you know that our digestive health needs daily physical activity, especially exercises that has elongating, contracting and twisting the mid-section.

So here are 7 simple-to-follow yoga poses, by Coach Bunny , that intend to maintain healthy bowel movement and healthy digestion by gently massaging the digestive organs, increases blood-flow and digestive enzymes that relieves gas and bloating. Plus, helps you sweat at the same time 😀

✅Do these poses in a slow and deliberate manner, taking 3-5 full breaths (1 inhale, 1 exhale = 1 full breath)
✅ For a full workout, repeat these 7 poses 3 or 4 times holding each post for 30 sec. / rest 15 in between.

Fact: We wear many hats, do so many things for others that sometimes we lose value of who we are. Often we get lost in other people's validation and forget that the only validation we need is that person facing the mirror.

Action: Face a mirror. Any Mirror say " I AM GRATEFUL FOR ME TODAY." Just that — with no Ifs , ands or buts...

Hurrah....Today's the day to start your Clean-up7!

👉Quick tip to help you keep track

✅copy or download this list to your smartphone for quick reference (you can find a pdf version on our bio)
✅create it in your 'To Do" List with alarm reminders
✅for the more 'traditional' method: write the 7 daily habits in post-it notes around areas that you frequent around the home or place of work. Maybe on your mirror to remind you to take a drink of water, or on the fridge door to remind you to have leafy greens, or even at your work area for the 10-minute exercise/ 10 min-me-time break.

Whichever method or system you choose, make it sensible to you. What matters is that it helps you remember and keep track of your 7 daily habits.

Because we are busy women and we need help to remember these new things.

Coaches Bunny and Mia have their own tracking systems that they have used way back and stuck to it when they did their own transformation program years ago.

💗Coach Bunny has personally put a post-it reminder on her bedside table for task #7: Write 1 thing you are grateful for (that happened today)

💗Coach Mia has dedicated an e-diary in her iPad which she logs into nightly before going to bed.

8 DAYS! TO GO ! ARE YOU READY FOR CLEAN-UP7?

CONGRATULATIONS for committing and investing in yourself. That’s 30% the battle right there. next step IS GETTING YOURSELF READY.

So, HOW TO CLEAN-UP 7? Here’s how coach Mia and coach Bunny prepare themselves when they take on a transformational program.

1. PLAN (GOAL SETTING)
> List a max of 3 goals focusing on wellness (health /fitness)
> Must be measurable and definite. The more you define goals the clearer it will be what your actions are.
> Do bite sized goals instead— i.e. break them per week instead of for the whole 7 weeks.
>. BIG TIP. — instead of focusing on weight , body size, dress size, focus your goals towards the actionable tasks ahead. Example: 5 squats each session, or Eat 10 Broccoli for dinner this week. List things you can do and can control will lead to better results 💯

2. IMAGINE (LOOK FORWARD).
> Think about how you feel & look when you finally achieve the results.
> Focus on the journey — the small wins , the little discomforts and how you what you can do about it.

3. PARTNER-UP (ACCOUNTABILITY)
> First understand that your partner is not responsible for your results.
> Choose someone who is aligned with your thoughts and values
> Someone who is honest.
> Create a plan between you two. A system for success
> Discuss , talk, converse daily.
> Being proactive is encouraged . Do not wait for your partner to ask how are you.
