OUR DNA

There are a lot of places that do what we do. They share the same programmes and qualifications as us. But, our families choose us because of the integrity in our work, how fiercely we love each child, and ultimately, for Who we are. We are Believers, Heros, Architects, Dreamers, and Scientists in bodies of Occupational, Educational, and Speech Therapists with a common Mission and Belief. They may not have the words to communicate, movement to explore, and the learning to connect. But they have the same RIGHTS. For every child with a learning disability, a communication impairment, and who is different. We are here.

Throwback to Children's Day! We had so much fun celebrating Children’s Day at Leapfrogs! 🎉

The kids were all smiles, and our teachers went the extra mile, they even made custom KPOP Demon Hunter snacks (yes, complete with the characters 👾).

It was such a joy watching everyone laugh, play, and just be their happy selves 💚Seeing all those smiles makes everything worth it.

Thank you to our Leapfrogs family for filling the day with joy and laughter!

Teaching children to self-regulate their emotions is one of the most valuable life skills we can provide as parents and caregivers. 💕

Coping mechanisms like deep breathing, positive self-talk, and mindful movement empower children to manage stress and build emotional resilience. Creating a calm-down space or encouraging journaling can help them express feelings in a safe and productive way. 🌟

At Leapfrogs, we believe that every child deserves the tools to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and calm. Let’s guide them towards emotional well-being and brighter tomorrows. 💛

It’s easy to label these as "bad behavior." But what if they’re actually signs of a learning disability?

Many children struggle silently with reading, writing, or math. When they can’t express what’s hard for them, their frustration may show up as disorganization, defiance, or even emotional outbursts.

Dyslexia can look like a refusal to read aloud.

Dyscalculia might look like procrastination or “forgetting” math homework.

Dysgraphia often shows up as avoidance or tears over writing tasks.

The truth is: kids do well when they can. When they don’t, there’s usually a reason.
If a child consistently struggles in certain subjects and reacts strongly to school stress, it may be time to look beyond the behavior and explore what kind of support they really need.

❤️🇸🇬 To celebrate SG60, our little ones got creative — painting and pasting their hearts on the wall as a symbol of love, unity, and pride for Singapore! ✨

Every heart tells a story, and together they remind us that even small hands can make a big impact. 💪

Here’s a look back at the beautiful moments we shared as a Leapfrogs family during this special celebration. 🥳

Children who develop a ‘poor me’ mindset often grow up avoiding responsibility, blaming others for their struggles, and feeling powerless in the face of challenges. As parents, small shifts in how we approach discipline and setbacks can help our children build resilience and a sense of accountability.

Encouraging them to face natural consequences, teaching assertiveness, and embracing the value of learning from failures can shift this mindset and empower them to take ownership of their actions and growth. 🌱💪

At Leapfrogs, we help children build emotional resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and embrace responsibility. Book a consultation today to learn more!
