TEP (Training Employment Pass) is a work pass issued by Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM) for foreigners coming to Singapore for professional on-the-job training.
Before the pass is officially issued (after receiving the IPA but before collecting the TEP card), applicants must submit a Completed Medical Examination Form or Medical Declaration Form — these are MOM-specified requirements.
