Why is Savasana – the pose where you “do nothing” – the one most people skip? In yoga, there is one pose…
that requires no strength,
no flexibility,
no effort.

Yet, it is the hardest one.

It’s Savasana — the co**se pose.

It sounds simple…
Just lie down, close your eyes, and relax.

But in reality?

Most people can’t stay still with themselves.



Why do people skip Savasana?

Not because it’s unimportant.
But because:
• They feel like “doing nothing” is a waste of time
• They are used to always moving, always being busy
• When they lie still… the mind starts talking
• Thoughts, worries, and suppressed emotions begin to surface

👉 And they avoid that.

They choose to get up early,
before they have to face themselves.



But here’s the truth…

Savasana is not just rest.

It is the moment when:
• The body integrates everything you’ve just practiced
• The nervous system shifts from “fight or flight” to “restore and heal”
• The breath becomes deeper and more natural
• The mind begins to settle
