Alhamdulillah I’m Better Today, Doc Said I Can Go Home On Monday. I got infected with it was 3 times more tougher than Covid 19. The Worst Ever!

But Luckily I found Sandy Yoga Instructer And Did Psychedelic Breath Of Fire Breathing Yoga and I Managed To Control My Lung. It’s Not Easy, Need Many Practices but I Manage To Clear Half Of my lung in 2 Days.

I managed to Clear half of my left Lung in 2 days but after you did this, you can remove your phlegm on your own, that is miracle and when you breathing fire, you can actually feel how heavy or lighter your lung is.

I do My Yoga Every Day From Morning And Night. I also Able To Reduce My Blood Sugar to 5+. It Was Hard But if You want get Better you have to do it. I do it cause I want be healthier cause Doc Said I’m easily get infect from people who are sick cause I’m 51 now.

I lose weight a lot from my face, my cheek and my double chin. I love I looked Younger and Healthy.
I’m going get my vaccine soon. Pray For my Recovery & Thank You All! Wish me Get Healthier Again!

I did not take this:
ABG arterial blood gas cause it was painful(no anesthesia but need to prick on your skin alive), I did try once is enough for me, then from there I do Fire Breathing Yoga and I recover for 5 Days and plus took docs medication. I’m Happy 🤗❤️ this ordeal was over. Finally my Nightmare is over..Aamiin. Terima Kasih Allah For Sayangi Ku🙏❤️🧕💊
