Yesterday was the release of O level result.

Hope your child did well enough to embark on his or her next milestone in JC or poly.

I have read quite a few bazi charts that scored straight As during their o levels.

And authority star (DO/7k) seem to be present in most of these charts.

I have also read bazi on students who studied real hard for exams but just seem to be having a little lesser affinity with being a straight As student. And sometimes authority star is missing in their chart.

DO/7k is the star that counters our DM. It is the star that sharpens our thoughts and giving us the extra drive, quiet aggressiveness and shrewdness in life.

If you look at our ministers’ bazi u will see many of them sit on 7k. And most of them were either on PSC or president scholarships.

So do not underestimate the importance of authority star.

And some of u will tell me “i also have authority star and i also studied very hard for exams but how come no straight As?”

Two more thinking stars to note in your chart namely, resource and output, and how they appear in your natal chart.

“财多身弱，富屋穷人”

It means too much wealth drains the health; Rich house but poor man.

A very famous mantra in Bazi.

Basically, if your bazi belongs to weak chart, having too many wealth stars (eg 3 or more) is no good for health or your money comes and goes very fast. Because overly strong presence of wealth star counters resource star which is important for supporting weak bazi.

Sometimes this mantra also refers to one working in bank (rich house) but just getting a average salary (poor man).

“Can see or count so much money every day but cannot touch.”

However, if you are follower chart (从财格), entire chart all wealth stars, then it is different.

2021 helped a long term client to select a BTO unit based on Period 9 feng shui specifications and today the project is ready and key collected.

I am here to follow up on the internal feng shui layout and design.

2026 丙午 year reminds me of a erupting volcano.

Because bing fire sitting on horse earthly branch (fire frame) is also known to be at the prosperous stage (帝旺) in the 12 life stages of bazi.

That is the peak of the energy.

After that decline will take place.

It may not be a bad thing.

More importantly is we need to adjust our mentality.

We need to recognize that we cannot be constantly at the top of our game. There are cycles.

Conversely, we should not be despair forever as one cannot be always at pit bottom. You will ascend one day.

In Yi Jing it tells us 物极必反 否极泰来.

Volcano eruption is destructive but after everything is cooled down, the ashes provide for good fertilizer.

2026 is critical year and hope you can tread with care.
