YES ✅

Here’s why… There are a lot of mixed opinions surrounding VBAC, and if you would like to have a positive VBAC experience, it is highly encouraged for you to find a VBAC-positive doula.

If they are a VBAC-trained doula, they would know what supporting VBAC looks like, and how they can help you have a successful VBAC. They will not only advocate for you, they would be there to provide comfort and reassurance, they would educate you and make the process less scary and a more positive one!

There’s a lot of fear and uncertainty with getting a VBAC, but a doula will be able to put those fears to rest and help you achieve a positive experience.

If you are looking for a VBAC doula, please contact us through DMs or through our website.

Birth can be joyful if you have confidence in yourself and your instincts.

It’s not uncommon to hear horror stories about birth. It’s normal to experience fear and worry about this life-changing process.

But it is possible to re-frame pain and to see childbirth as a positive process! Practice thinking positive thoughts and trying positive day-to-day, exercising , enjoy walks with your partner, play happy music, watch only good happy smiling babies, comedies, imagine and visualise positively who you will be when you welcome the little one that comes into your life…

The wonderful thing about this is, it’s not only helpful mentally, it can be physically helpful too! Stress hormones cause muscles to tense up but when you are able to relax, your body will instead produce endorphins which would make birth easier!

Curious about how we can help you achieve a positive birthing experience? Check out our website for more details!

We wonder… Why does birth cause many women to doubt their own natural abilities and their body’s magic?

Our bodies were designed to birth a baby safely and normally and our ancestors have done so since the beginning of time!

The truth is… we know intuitively and instinctively how to birth and how to align our efforts with our bodies rather than working against it. All we need to do is tune into bodies, trust ourselves and our abilities.

For that to happen, we need to fully understand the mechanics of labour and learn about our bodies so we can work with it.

For that we suggest hypnobirthing. It’s not some weird hypnosis practice. It’s about knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions, conquering our own fears. Learning to manage with breathing, visualisation, touch and position!

It’s logical, evidence based, positive birth preparation. Ready to learn about hypnobirthing from a safe and supportive source? Come join us! Click the link in bio for more info!

As I support the prenatal moms, it’s so common to have my clients telling me they are afraid, can they do it, can they withstand the ‘pain’? Can they deliver their baby with no complication? Or a VBAC case, if they can do a successful vbac.

Nonetheless, should this stop you from trying? That’s a choice if you choose to do it otherwise. It’s normal for us moms to doubt ourselves… all the time! Even as parents. But we do have a choice to choose it. I always believe in empowering my clients BUT also gives them the comfort and support whichever choice they made. Should anyone judge you for the choice? No!

✅ Sticking to evidence-based knowledge
✅ Sharing accurate information to empower prenatal, birth, and postpartum experiences
✅ Give families access to safe, respectful, evidence-based, and empowering care
✅ Challenging unacceptable treatment of pregnant, birthing, postpartum families
✅ Power of choice and lesser interventions
✅ NO coercion and pressure

Why is this crucial? Many may not be aware but a lot of families feel like they don’t have choice, are coerced into making decisions that align with their needs and journey, and pressured into making choices that are not their own. We believe that should never happen under our watch.

If you want, not only information and support but also EMPOWERMENT, we are here and ready to help you.

Is water birth gaining it's popularity? There are more expat couples previously but now, it had gain it's popularity among the locals. I have more clients asking me on the option for water birth.

I remembered I was looking for water birth option when I had my first child more than 10 years ago in Singapore. I told my husband I wanted a water birth, and at home! He looked at me with big eyes and commented on his discomfort being the first baby of ours and even though I am a Childbirth educator, he felt more assured in the hospital. 👀

Nonetheless, is water birth allowed now? Due to the frequent changes on the ruling, it might be better to check in with the hospital. Please note though if your birth is going to take place in a few months time, the rule might still change.
