This is Krunalsir.
When we started, workouts were hard —
not because he wasn’t trying,
but because every beginner starts somewhere.
We kept it simple.
We laughed, learned, adjusted,
and slowly built strength along the way.
Now after 8–10 months,
he moves better, feels stronger,
and our training sessions are honestly something we both enjoy.
No pressure.
No rush.
Just consistency, trust, and good energy.
