Here we are helping the body to come back to centre - by finding the mid-back muscles to help with extension; and placement to simulate a stance to unstuck the pelvis so that it can be freed to move, which is essential for proper .
The arm movement is somewhat like swimming so that the body gets to bring arms overhead, allowing the scapula to glide upwardly.
These movement will let the body feel lighter and taller when they walk.
