🚩 Must-Go Signs to Visit a Massage Therapist

1) Losing sleep / Feeling tired every afternoon.

Body is stuck in chronic tension mode → nervous system cannot fully relax.

2) Frequent headaches or migraines

Usually from neck, shoulder, jaw, and upper back tension compressing nerves and blood flow.

3) Neck and shoulder pain

Early sign of postural strain and muscle overload

4) Lower back tightness when standing up from sitting

Early psoas, QL, and glute tightness → will lead to back pain later.
