Inner peace is defined as the state of physical and spiritual calmness despite many stressors in life. Finding your mind’s calmness and happiness cannot be achieved overnight; it is an ongoing process.

This program helps to put you in the right frame of mind. Get clear on your life goals and pursue them with a healthy sense of perspective that’s aligned with the right motivation to keep you on track. It is to get back your focus, promote clarity and realignment process with positive energy in the midst of the bustle.

The purpose of this program is to lead you on to a greater sense of mindfulness. When you can learn to live in the moment, and accept anything that comes your way as the temporary situation that it is (good or bad), you’ll be able to relax and enjoy life more than you may have ever thought possible.

Being mentally prepared in achieving your goals is equally as important as being physically ready. This session will end with leaving you a healthy mind with feeling calmer, clearer, and contented.

In this session, we are going to:

1. Maximise the good energy in you by releasing blockages.

2. Bring yourself back to your centre with guided imagery meditation with the sound of singing bowl.

3. Fall deep into your sonic universe with 40 minutes sound bath to integrate your intention in you.

As a life coach, there is a common joke among my friends “happy people would not look for SC”.

When one is unhappy or face a challenge, there is a heavy weight at the chest which seems constantly weighing it down and making it hard to breathe freely. The queasiness in the body making us drained, lost appetite, unable to focus and rest peacefully.

The best way to sail through a challenging period is to stay calm by quiet down your mind.

I know how hard it is to make someone to laugh when she is crying over a situation. Well, unable to laugh over a misfortune event, at least you silence your mind. You may be surprise you will be able to find your answers and what you are looking for when you allow yourself to rest your mind.

Why so serious?

Recently I have been feeling drained and I had a deep thought about my life, my busy schedules and things that I need to do. I am basically a very serious person and I have been taking my life “too serious”.

Working hard to meet life and career goals often require a serious focus.

We all face demands of our busy lives, our daily schedules are overrun with deadlines, work meetings and family responsibilities. We even do best to squeeze in quick workout, running errands and preparing meals.

Seems like there is not enough time to stop and smell the roses. We are often so busy that it is hard to find time to laugh or enjoy the moment.

However, time is a precious gift that you can’t get back. So try not to waste even a moment of it.

It’s important to take time to laugh along the way. With all you have to do each day, you may wonder “What is there to laugh about?”

Laughter has numerous health benefit, from reducing stress to boosting your spirit and improving your connection with others.

Laughter allows you to be more productive with less worrying by seeing your experiences through a more positive lens and creating more meaningful experiences with friends and family.

¬¬¬¬¬¬Well, there are so many things that you can laugh about from the problems you have to showing gratitude of what you have.

I learned to laugh about my mistakes and silly decisions that I have made. This laughter allows me to have small breaks to keep me going. I am thankful.

Let’s put in more effort to Laugh!! LOL

It is beyond our control on how others behave or make decisions different from us.

Sometimes I can feel irritation in me when my loved ones trying to make, to me, an irrational decision.

It may not be making sense to me, but it make sense to the person who has the idea to do things differently.

What do I do? Well, I just respect the decision made as long as we are reaching the same end goals.

It is like, we need to reach to the airport at 1pm. It does not matter whether we are taking a bus or train, or even a Grab. As long as not too far off that we need to walk to the airport by foot!!!

It is all depends on how we react to situations…

Whether I choose to be angry if I needed to take a train instead of taking a comfortable Grab. I maybe be taking longer time to reach the airport by train, but I can consciously choose to enjoy the train ride with my loved ones.

How we want to live in a peaceful life, it is still up to the choices we make in every moment.

Hold your dreams in your heart and stay on track. You are not that far off to reach your goals when you keep choosing Inner Peace.

Laughter is one of the highest vibrational energy and the best medicine.

When you are laughing, you do not have thoughts and are fully present in the moment. Thus, you are in a meditative state in those laughing moments.

Laughter gives you a glimpse of freedom from mind or no-mind and even deeper into inner silence.

When you are immersed in laughing, all your issues disappear for seconds, helping you to release tension, move from timidity to courage, from the mind to the heart.

It is one of the easiest ways to find inner peace and free yourself from the mind’s constant thought process.

Laughter helps you to stay uplifted and alive. Slowly, you will be more aware of your body movements, your surroundings and ground yourself in the present moment.

Laughter has been proven to help reduce anxiety, stress and depression while increasing the happy hormone.

In this session, will be guided via a fun methodology to release our tension for our concerns so that we can have clarity to achieve our goals in life.

We then will end with calming down sound bath meditation to integrate the wholeness in us. As a result, you feel more assured and confident after the session.
