This program helps to put you in the right frame of mind. Get clear on your life goals and pursue them with a healthy sense of perspective that’s aligned with the right motivation to keep you on track. It is to get back your focus, promote clarity and realignment process with positive energy in the midst of the bustle.
The purpose of this program is to lead you on to a greater sense of mindfulness. When you can learn to live in the moment, and accept anything that comes your way as the temporary situation that it is (good or bad), you’ll be able to relax and enjoy life more than you may have ever thought possible.
Being mentally prepared in achieving your goals is equally as important as being physically ready. This session will end with leaving you a healthy mind with feeling calmer, clearer, and contented.
In this session, we are going to:
1. Maximise the good energy in you by releasing blockages.
2. Bring yourself back to your centre with guided imagery meditation with the sound of singing bowl.
3. Fall deep into your sonic universe with 40 minutes sound bath to integrate your intention in you.
