Hi friends! It’s been a while since we last posted here. We are doing great and so is Foodbuddy, which is getting a fresh new recipe!
After years of sharing our love for good food, endurance sports, and better living, it’s time to pass the spoon. We’re handing over the apron to like-minded cooks who’ll bring new warmth and taste to the table. Big things are cooking, and we know the next dish will be nothing short of delish 💛

Whose great idea it was to start Saturday with a 300 km ride from Singapore to Malaysia 😅?
Kids don’t repeat… bad influence! Joking of course 😉
Once the border with Malaysia reopened few weeks ago, we immediately resumed our long rides from Singapore to Malaysia. Today was the longest and the hottest 🥵 ride to Kluang.
Totalled 303 km in 9:23 hr, not bad provided that the temperature was above 35 C most of the time.
Feeling great and happy to get over COVID hangover and do some crazy cool endurance stuff with my buddies! Watch the videos from this trip in stories 🚴🏽‍♂️🚴🏽🚴🏽‍♂️🚴🏽🚴🏽‍♂️

Our hearts are with those suffering in Ukraine. This evolving evil is hurting adults and teenagers alike, 1000-s of kilometers away, anywhere on Earth.

Our 15 yo daughter understands that her pain is a microscopic fraction of what people actually go through. She doesn't earn money yet, but she genuinely wishes to help somehow.

We created an NFT of her "key to freedom" work - bit.ly/arinacloud-nft (0.16 ETH) - 200% of proceeds will be donated to Singapore Red Cross' Ukraine Crisis campaign. Here's what she wrote:

"This is what I feel like these days during Crisis in Ukraine. I’m alive, but it feels like an awoken evil force invaded and captured my heart. It's caged, and I can’t break through the bars to it. I can’t be at peace, because it's been brutally jailed.

And I'm scared. I'm imagining it's only a 1/100,000th of a pain that those folks in bomb shelters, under sieges, without water and warmth, dying under bullets and bombs and suffering through."

This year Chinese New Year / Lunar New Year / Tet happened on my birthday, which made it extra special! 02.02.2022 - what a beautiful date! We spent 2 days as tourists in our city hanging around empty China Town as if someone closed the district for our private celebration 😄 such a lucky coincidence to walk the most beautiful and the most busiest streets of Singapore and celebrate my birthday while entire nation is busy celebrating new year! ☺️ really once in a blue moon!
Few awesome places to visit for food and drinks
1. - what an ambiance and Japanese cuisine (not in Chinatown
2. - yummy sliders, salads ans negroni
3. - nice wine and coffee
4. - amazing cocktails and atmosphere

Few more Chinese New Year dinners and we will be back on healthy lifestyle track 😄

It was hot 🔥🥵😂 if you watched show you know exactly what we’ve been through. Well, living for a decade in Asia made us absolutely immune to the first 4 sauces, but the last 3 made us sweat and dance around the table 😂 especially Da’Bomb, which has Scoville rating of 135600 (not 119700 as we initially thought)🔥🔥🔥 Hellfire is definitely a hot nightmare we won’t forget but not as delicious as Da’Bomb!!! Do you like spicy food?
